so unlike in diplomacy, full press, people who talk to you the most want something from you. Its trust its cooperation but everyone in diplomacy is a fleeting means to an end. Mafia is not the same.

the people who talk to you most and fight you most actually are your ally they just dont know they are and you just dont know they are. The only means to any end we are is we all want a bad guy dead and we all feel strongly about who those bad folks are.

I'm saying he's not connecting his comment with an actual read. Also, he normally contributes more when he's catching up. He just doesn't feel solvey to me this game.

it does give me a diplomacy themed setup idea where at night everyone can msg each other asking for support and then to do night actions you both pm the gm with your official moves

So many new faces. It's refreshing to have a change of pace from the previous games of mafia which were like 80% the same faces shitting on each other and not saying anything about the game. I'm shocked how much ifo we could get, but it's nice to have fewer insults flying around d1 at the very least.

The most interesting thing from the text IMO is damo hardclaiming miller from very early in the phase.

I believe he's the one who said both of his role PM's were "identical cards". When I looked through the setup the only possible roles for that would be VT+miller/Tentacle.

Why would someone claim this?
