IF (maybe a big if) we have a town lover, one could out with only the NUMBER of people in the QT. That would provide a bit of info, especially if there 4+.

I would like thoughts on this idea.

I'm the 4th most active person so far, so I don't see how you can accuse me of lurking.

I say this from a bit too much experience, people tend to get suspicious when your posts are largely irrelevant, have little content, are uncertain or hedgy or contain little to no original thoughts. Which always annoyed me personally because I was always bad at it whether I was scum or not, and always gathered suspicion. Btw, how many games has bona played?

Yes, I believe they are. You first point out into the void the idea that town may be on KILO on D2 or D3, then when the subject of obtaining evidence early comes up you're pumping the brakes instead. (Which I can only assume would be in favor of a day and night of flips)

That's fair. But knowing the specific non-town role I ditched provides nothing. I'll post it by EON...no problems.

Shouldn't we better just get people to out town/not-town and focus on role specifics later?

This requires everyone to be online at once and on board with the plan, which will not happen. Better to set a good example off the bat.

I did. I claimed that I discarded a non-town card. I'm waiting for the 6 non-posters and many non-claimants to say anything at all.

Maybe you can go be useful and make a list of the specific claims and non-claims.

Straight massclaim, in this setup, is a scum (specifically alien) advantaged play, it would indicate a vaniallizer to me if I had to go on hunch.

If they desired, they could just claim they discarded the role they actually chose, and it wouldn't look any different from a town claiming a discard. (Once again, I would rather talk about this later when bozo comes along with a long speech about how it narrows the lynch pool, confirms 50-70% of scum roles in play with 80-90% certainty and outs at least one guaranteed scum or something like that).

This is completely possible. Not every role is verifiable. To make matters worse, they can tell the truth and still be scum (especially if ftom the other faction or SK)
