If all players in a game are ready, does the phase automatically continue?

If all players in a game are ready, does the phase automatically continue?

I'm in a game when the phase length is 3 days, is there a way when everyone is ready to move the phase onwards?

If all players click Ready, the phase is executed immediately. As a result, at least one player in your game has not pressed Ready yet. They may have orders saved already though.
