worcej you're missing the fact that I could have consolidated on Bona all along instead of trying to yeetwagon the fucking Godfather and causing enough chaos that mafia COULDN'T figure out how to consolidate.

The main reason I'd have been mafia is if Bona was mafia:
1. Me causing chaos allows mafia to shuffle the deck and avoid having three of their own on the block; and
2. I've been fighting this Bona kill all day today when I would badly need to fight it if he were my partner.

That plus the fact that I'd have known Bunny wasn't the Cop if I were mafia plus the fact that I invested an insane amount of energy and effort into today when town was lazily going to kill town SHOULD make me town. Apparently if I say "obvious town" or "clear" everyone thinks I'm putting on airs but it really should be that level of certainty, I'll settle for not being randomly sussed for no reason.

I think brainbomb claimed Cop to send a signal to consolidate on Bona, figuring that he was the Godfather (so could get checked innocent) and that people would give him some leeway to be weird. They got some terrible breaks with us interpreting Brian's vote the way we did + us refusing to let brainbomb walk back the claim.
How can you think brainbomb claiming cop was a signal for the scum to vote for Bonatogether when you were the only one to vote for Bonatogether as a result (ghug obviously would vote for Bonatogether at some point)?

I think brainbomb claimed cop because his wagon was gaining momentum and he did not want to be DKed as the GF.

On D2, ghug voted for brainbomb 3 different times, brainbomb voted for ghug 3 different times, and Hamilton voted for ghug near EOD. It is obvious the mafia were concerned about distancing, so brainbomb being willing to switch to ghug when he did and Hamilton being willing to move off of ghug at the last minute make it likely the other scum were either voting for ghug or off wagon, otherwise the mafia would be connecting their entire team to saving ghug.

I doubt Hamilton was deliberately mixing up who replaced Durga to distance from one of his partners, so I think worcej and Fluminator are likely town. Otherwise, I would consider Fluminator the most suspicious of the D2 Bonatogether voters.

That leaves aarodactyl, celaph, Chaqa, damo, Donny, emc, and Jamie.

Aaro's voting record strongly suggests town. Take a look.

Hi everyone. Sorry I wasn't on at EoD. I genuinely was working on something for my actual work, until nearly midnight, and went to sleep soon after that. (While I'm *usually* around at 1am I can't guarantee it).

So I see you did vote out Bona. RIP Bona. I hope that as I catch up I'll see some great posts from Worcej explaining everything we learned from flipping one of his townreads.

Work is killing me at the moment. I'm not caught up since my last posts during the day phase, and I won't catch up until this evening (about 7 hours from now).

From what I can see a few people who were obviously town are now ... err obviously town.

I'll be very surprised if tonight's kill [attempt] is outside the following group:

aaro Chaqa Jamie PE and me

I think it essential that each of these before EON post a list of who they think is poss scum preferably in order of strength and if possible indicating what pairs work or not.

Mine is currently a wip but provisionally my list is something like:

celaph HR emc Flum bozo Donny [in order of scumminess]

I will update before EON

Possible* scum: Celaph HR EMC Flum Bozo Donny

Likely pairs in order (most likely at top) using first initial

CH
CF
EH
FH
BH
BE
CD
DH
DE
DF

Some of these will [likely] disappear with cop reveal making for quite a small pool.

* I am not of course saying others cannot be scum, just most unlikely imo.

I really don't understand why people think that the *entire scum team* would vote to save ghug there. Sure the RB is useful but it ain't *that* useful, and the credit garnered from bussing is pretty solid. The idea that no scum whatsoever would risk voting a teammate on D2 is just... Weird. When has that ever happened on this site?
My current thinking is that:

- One voter got stuck off wagon (celaph or emc)
- One voter committed relatively early to Bona and couldn't easily move (Fluminator or bozo)
- Brian made his Hail Mary play onto a different wagon to try to tie the vote
- ghug can't bus himself obviously
- brainbomb probably figured that given ghug's distancing attempt, given that he was the Godfather, and given that he has a reputation for wild plays, he could get away with his Cop fakeclaim AND try to save ghug, and that he didn't need the town credit and/or could get away with the suspicion that would come from saving ghug

I don't think they actively tried to save ghug as a team so much as a couple of earlier pieces fell into place in a way that made a save attempt possible. I agree they wouldn't have explicitly coordinated a save on ghug, and in fact I think they might be more likely to set up a good looking bus if they could have coordinated explicitly in real time.

I'll also say that it's certainly possible a ghug voter bused, my point is mostly that all the ghug voters look town to me as a whole so I'd rather not start there.
I should follow your format for condensing my thoughts...

Also, you don't need co-ordination for an individual scum team member to bus. In fact, a co-ordinated bus is usually much more transparent because it's scum theatre and rehearsed reactions rarely look as genuine as actual ones. Just casually townreading everyone for voting ghug is exactly the same shite Chaqa did for people who voted teacon D1 last game.

If you have reasons for townreading ghug-voters *OTHER THAN FOR VOTING GHUG*, great. But automatically ruling a bus out is just plain stupid.
I am not ruling them out entirely, but the possible bussers didn't strike me as obvious. The worst looking person of the group is Jamie, and this is based on his performance on other days (based on my own thoughts)

All I’m saying is we wasted a day kill and I am sus of everyone who went along with it.
Sus away, but Bona was the best kill for information and possible scum interaction.

To clarify, I pointed out to damo yesterday that we had the same voting record, and then they switched to vote bona with me.

My mistake. I typically fall into using "they" as a neutral pronoun (as I mentioned to Bunny early in the game), but I'll make a note that you prefer "he".
