I'm not citing the day 3 vote in my argument about EOD2.worcej wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 11:21 pmI don’t think anyone gets any town credit for voting BB tbhPresident Eden wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 10:58 pmI just want to point out that although my final vote was in the wrong place, the whole ghug/brainbomb thing should basically lock clear me as town.
It's quite clear from brainbomb's hard claim Cop that brainbomb had no interest in being the patsy to save ghug, and that ghug's push could not have been preplanned or coordinated as an attempt to split the vote and save ghug, as I had previously thought. Plus, brainbomb was the more valuable power role. Rather, it's clear that ghug was trying to put distance between himself and brainbomb.
When I actually pulled the trigger on voting, ghug felt compelled to follow. That put enough pressure on the Godfather for him to effectively claim mafia by hard claiming Cop.
If I were mafia, I'd have known what was going on with ghug trying to distance. Why pile onto brainbomb and effectively out him? Why not just kill Bona instead and whip votes that way?

TBF, yes it is wrong. You should have a list of a couple to flip and explain why.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 11:19 pmidk if emc is an actual goon but they are a goon.
so? I'm not claiming to be 100% on the money here. Is hedging my bets wrong?
Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
FWIW, I am growing not opposed to flipping me sooner rather than later because the scum will not NK with the amount of questions regarding my slot.
I believe Bozo is town and caught in a death-spiral tunnel that won’t end until he gets my confirmed role.

idk if you're scum but flipping you reveals HR's alignment too imo. it's 2 flips for 1 vote

cause scum may have pulled the stuff they did on d2 on d1 as well. It worked the first time so they thought they could do it again.

At least now we know why ND had to sub out. He had to travel to Washington D.C. today.

You know we can just scan you with the Cop yeah? I’ve been calling for that for a hot minute for a reason. We get certainty about day 1.

While I tend to agree, worcej’s post has activated my almonds and I’m not sure what to make of it.damo666 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 12:32 amDiscussion is pointless until both the copscan revelations and the NK.President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 12:15 amYou know we can just scan you with the Cop yeah? He knows we have a Cop who has a totally free hand to resolve his alignment. Wouldn’t your first reaction be “scan me” instead of “flip me” there if you’re town? Especially at night, when you have time to persuade the Cop to do it? L
It sucks that the Cop has to spend a valuable and limited resource (scans) to resolve you, but it sucks WAY less than having town miskill you.
It’s obvious why you’d take this line as mafia—a Cop scan 100% kills you, but offering to be flipped looks pro-town and not like a mafia move, so maybe Cop doesn’t scan you and town relents.
I’m not really sure what to make of it. I’m sure there is some part of the puzzle that I’m missing

I would rather flip Bozo too, but after Flum and emc.
Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
@PE we may never get the result of tonight's scan. We may only get the results of the 2 scans already made. And they are not guaranteed to be informative (though of course I hope they are).

Probably the part where we can't count with a cop scan tonight?President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 1:01 amWhile I tend to agree, worcej’s post has activated my almonds and I’m not sure what to make of it.damo666 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 12:32 amDiscussion is pointless until both the copscan revelations and the NK.President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 12:15 am
