Given brain's preemptive defense, I think there was some cooperation between the two to get ghug off the chopping block, and either get me (town) or brain (prob goon) killed instead. Brain's last minute cop claim is also fake. Idk how it makes vecna look.

There's no way vecna deliberately kills teammate roleblocker ghug as the casting vote there even if brain was also scum (and I don't see it even if you were too), because this setup is not going to leave an ability for Vecna to ever explaining being alive in the lategame after that now.

Ghug comes as somewhat of a surprise, but I think I was partially pocketed by him without realizing it and underestimating his scum range based on a previous game. One game does not make a person and I think I overelied on that as the perfect example subconsciously.

I'm more suspicious of celaph, HB, and emc. They ended on wagons that had been viable counterwagons. And if they'd blatantly saved ghug, it'd have tied them together. That's really hard for scum to want to do on D2.
