How am I "wasting your time", and if I was wasting your time, why did you remove your vote from Chaqa right after this?

It’s especially important to my style because I’m not a particularly good analyst or solver in mafia, especially without meta knowledge. But I am good at doing weird shit that helps the good analysts figure things out.
I think I would try to replicate it as mafia and I would probably be caught instantly lol.

But Bunny was lying about his own PM, and Ghug lost his cool.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 7:56 pmSo you think he thought the VT role PMs included names? The VT role PM is given in post 1.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 1:43 pm@Bozo: In particular I direct you to re-read this line:
"So in the heat of the moment, he thought he had to pretend he had a flavour name. Ergo, Ghug is not a VT."
Note my use of the word "pretend".
What is your explanation of the post I specifically highlighted, in which Ghug repeated the statement that he knew his flavour name?

I do not see why this is relevant since ND posted at 2 different times D1. His last post, 16 hours after his first 3, clearly indicates he was aware his absence would look suspicious.aarodactyl wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:18 pmTo add to this, I recall ND almost missing the deadline to confirm his sign up.Chaqa wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:15 pmHmmm. It's fairly strong evidence, but the holidays happened, and ND didn't just low post, he never posted following his disappearance, so I think it's fair to say it's different?
Look at his profile:

I think he just ghosted.

To be fair though, I think RHK would fall into that second category. Off the top of my head, there was some pressure on him, but nothing substantial.Chaqa wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 5:40 pmHmmmm.President Eden wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 5:39 pmHow likely do you think it is for the Doctor to self-save night 1 here?Chaqa wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 5:31 pm
Basically:
Kill shuts down Doctor and Cop unless Doctor self-saves.
Roleblock shuts down Doctor or Cop.
So if you use them separately you're doubling chance of minimizing town information. Any competent scumteam would spread them out for the first night or two.
Depends on who the Doctor is, really.
If it were someone under suspicion (say worcej, ghug, HR, etc.) I would say unlikely.
If it's someone who is not under suspicion (say brain, myself, damo, etc.) I would say likely.
It's probably a bit WIFOM-y overall.

Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
Early last game he didn't at all. That said, D5 last game ghug made D5 artificially closer than it should have been and it proved very useful prompting probably my towniest post that game. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Bona picked the idea up from there and is applying it here.Donny Dude wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 6:53 pmI have not played with Bona before but anyone who has, is it typical for bona to move wagons into tying positions like now or on d1 where he did it with myself and maniac?Bonatogether wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 6:48 pmI don't think a tie is the best result *at* EoD, but late switches to avoid a tie provide good info.

Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
This is usually brought up any time someone is RBed, to the point where the mafia typically avoid claiming the RB since it just draws suspicion. I have only seen the mafia try this one time, although it was Vecna, in M44. I think it is more common for the mafia to RB a player so that they draw suspicion if they claim it. The typical play when there is a doctor who can self save if to RB the NK.aarodactyl wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:28 pmThis theory might be bogus but I think Vecna is scum.
I think the roleblocker doesn’t use their power n1. There’s such a low chance to hit town PR. And if they hit medic, there’s a good chance it won’t matter. So I think they’d not block anyone and then let one of them claim they were role blocked if they need the clear.

Both days so far PE has encouraged people to vote him by demeaning those who don't. Do people with more meta experience know if this is alignment indicative for PE?President Eden wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 8:21 pmSo in other words you won’t. The fuck you scared of?

you were furious with ghug when durga was still around PE. Was that just to argue wth durga or was there substance to the idea that ghug is stifling your little vote everyone imaginable masquerade?

Mostly because of your explanation for your vote moves on EOD1. I also don't get the same town feeling I had on you last game even playing only one day and one night.celaph wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 8:09 pmAm I reading this right?rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 5:33 pmIf you were following we have a pretty long interaction that make feel that is possible he reacted that way as town. I also liked his analysis on Bona and want to see if he would vote for him or was just throwing shade and not following (something I think is a scumtell from him).President Eden wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:28 pm
I quite plainly did not ask you to do that. Your filter for day 2 sounds very convinced that HR is mafia up until this post of mine. I hardly think it unreasonable to expect you to push a clear mafia suspect.
What of his posts changed your mind?
All in all, he is still on my scum list, with Bona and Celaph and Brain as a distant forth.
I have few solid townreads (Jamiet, Damo, Eden and Aaro) and this is worrying me.
You're top 4 scum list from most to least scummy would be:
HR
Bona
Me (Celaph)
Brain
Care to explain what why I'm the third scummiest person this game?
Obviously not enough to be voting you, but why are you so upset with my read?
