Why are you calling it random when there was some actual reasoning behind it?

Are you suggesting this is something more to dig into? I'm afraid I am not getting the nuance, or I am not inferring all that well. How is this different than people saying they weren't role-blocked?

Why does your read on Durga form the basis for your read on Worcej?Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:27 pm
Worcej: I think I was town-reading Durga; no, I definitely was. Her bailing out isn’t scum-indicative. She cut ties with our Webdip World team. However, Worcej gets the benefit of the doubt to at least get through another day or two. Sorry to hear about the Covid. That sucks. Rest up, heal up.

Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
I think it’ll prove unproductive because we can’t corroborate anything. It just cuts against my theory that they shot Demon as a power role guess, because the obvious thing to do is to roleblock and shoot to play around doctor self-save.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:34 pmAre you suggesting this is something more to dig into? So you dont think the pattern that Bozo listed is at least some reason for suspicion?Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 1:45 pmOh seriously Bozo not this shit again. Scumleaning Worcej because ND subbed out is silly, but making him your top "scumread" and listing this as one of your main reasons is downright ridiculous.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 9:48 am
worcej is my top suspect for these reasons:
1. ND getting subbed D1 is a scum red flag for me.
ND has a clear pattern of flaking as scum D1 and making excuses, only to pick up later on. He displayed that here. As town he is nearly always hyper involved.
Why does this not at least entice you slightly?

Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
Vecna, maybe this is me trying to understand the thinking behind a decision like yours.
Why did you feel it was important to declare you were roleblocked when you did? In my memory of games it seems like it would be helpful if one were a lead wagon. Didn't that happen to Flum a few games ago and they declared PR at the very last moment before votes could change? So in this case it might make you safe from a miskill. Or is my logic askew?

Can you explain your willingness to vote me and Ghug over Flum, while listing them in the same bracket?damo666 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 2:30 pmMy current groups fwiw

Flum

Vecna **
Worcej **
Willing to vote any in the ??? group but the more the asterisks the greater the willingness to vote them.
Whats the point of listing these brackets, but then being unwilling to vote them?
Sounds like a wonderfull way to claim later on that you were suspicious of the Flum/durga slot and to set up a future bus.
Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
As far as bozo level of arguments go, i feel this is the best reasoning he's used in like 5 games.

It's my confusion and being easily-swayed by the "scum get subbed out D1" business. I read her as town; I should offer that same courtesy to Worcej.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:36 pmWhy does your read on Durga form the basis for your read on Worcej?Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:27 pm

I have a general hatred of any argument that goes "Oh, XX subbed out, they must have been scum".Vecna wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:37 pmSo you dont think the pattern that Bozo listed is at least some reason for suspicion?Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 1:45 pmOh seriously Bozo not this shit again. Also, I remember games where ND has played very well as scum, and put in a lot of effort. He did so in my Toyshop game where he survived until the end, and there was a game a while before that where he spent multiple phases setting up a mis-kill on me in a way that was absolutely infuriating to be on the receiving end of, but he certainly invested in his work.
Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
Its an easy way to get reads. You probably just townslipped for example.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:38 pmVecna, maybe this is me trying to understand the thinking behind a decision like yours.

It kinda looked to me that you mistakenly thought Worcej was Durga's replacement. (That's Fluminator).

I don't even see how or why. Never mind. It'll come to me eventually.

Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
I’m making tea so catching up with the thread. No one has reacted to my post calling Vecna scum because I think the N1 RB would be scum.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:34 pmAre you suggesting this is something more to dig into? When was it actually announced he asked for a replacement?Chaqa wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:15 pmHmmm. It's fairly strong evidence, but the holidays happened, and ND didn't just low post, he never posted following his disappearance, so I think it's fair to say it's different?

I think he just ghosted.
Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
What does this matter in any of this? If he confirmed closer to gamestart he would have had a much clearer idea of his participation possibilities, no?aarodactyl wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:18 pmTo add to this, I recall ND almost missing the deadline to confirm his sign up.Chaqa wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 3:15 pmHmmm.
