I notice that Bozo has been very absent. His last post was more than 25hrs ago and he has not voted. I wonder where he has gone.

Yeah, but I am sure I'll be moving that vote. It doesn't have traction and I don't have the energy to spend trying to push it. The vote was definitely an emotional response to the coloured text. The more rationale reason to vote Bozo runs with the "lurker" theme. Which isn't like Bozo, that I can recall, unless it's their usual D1 meta. Chaqa being the outlier, I think scum tend to be more active and wanting to embroil the rest of us. If that is true, the Bozo is probably not scum and worth the vote for that reason.

I dont know that I feel the same about Maniac this game as I did last game. On the one hand he is about the same in terms of involvement. And then there is all this strange stuff about personal rules he sets for himself on reading the game thread. Not sure where any of this comes from. I dont trust Bona here, only after being pushed by me did bona start trying to seem above the curve in terms of post habits. Im going to fight the urge to distrust the wagon merely because someone scummy has joined it. could be an early bus, could be a save on ND. really dunno which.

emc is not actually lurking at all but examples of being chatty are abound. p27 onward is alot of casual banter that isnt very probing.

Yeah, I just checked the bot and saw it tied at 4-4. Of the two wagons, I guess I'd be more favourable for the ND kill than Maniac, simply for "being around."

My vote on Maniac is due to his rules nonsense and also I think his methods aren't helpful to town even if he is town.

I was wary of Bozo because of the colours and his abnormal light-heartedness however I think the colours was some mad dark mode = scum nonsense theory he was investigating (or spoofing?) and the light-heartedness is NAI (actually probably tending townwards because as scum he would be conscious to not be abnormal). Summary: defo not a D1 DK.

Rationale was the previous post on him combined with his harping on about GM game phrasing (point is valid, but do think it's also partially regional difference, when in capacity "man" from what I was taught is gender neutral term equating to "people", such as in "mankind"), but more so it just seems excuse to talk about non-game related things rather than bothering to actually read anything.

Congrats on graduating to Tier 3, but Durga's ISO is all happy warm feelings and I'd really prefer it stay that way thanks.

@all Is it considered acceptable to use, let's just say strictly hypothetically, Discord online activity to read a player in a game? Like let's say strictly in theory that I happen to know somebody was at the computer throughout the day yesterday and just not participating in this game very much. Would it be out of bounds to use that info to call them out? I'm just asking for a friend here.

kinda hard to say. so on many sites thats banned, on mu its ogi and they disallow it. but from a certain point of view its also flawed info. I see when HR and Durga and others are playing steam instead of playing here. its a meaningless data point and NAI, some people just need other things to do. Some ppl leave discord on all day.

If you start basing cases on people not being here playing, thats a good enough argument that you shouldnt need to verify where they are instead. I cant say ghug and I are in pikes place market and he seemed scummy so lets kill him.

Let's not give Bozo more things to tunnel on me for. Having to play mafia 24/7 seems exhausting.

Also, are you also in seattle? I feel like we almost have enough for a diplomacy game just in this mafia game.
