This is a weird thing to be pushing bozo on. Why on earth would you expect bozo to be posting D1 surveys?Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 5:56 pmSorry, this is not Mafia related.
@Bozo: Why aren't you conducting a survey yet?

I kinda do, but he also seems so much more likable and relatable early on than he has in recent games, which is how he was as scum in the past.Durga wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 2:17 pmDoesn't that make you feel like he's town. I feel like he's town.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 1:22 pmOh god there's more.Maniac wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 8:29 amMy 2nd rule this game is from now on when I catch up I’m only reading the last four pages. I figure that if there was anything important in the pages I don’t read then someone will quote it and then someone else will requote it. Thanks in advance to all those readers and quoters, you’re helping a lazy man be lazy.
This is awful. Maniac just declaring that he thinks he has a licence not to read the game, yet he's going to push people for not making their vote count?
So much bullshit from Maniac already.

It's a feeling, his jokes and the town read seems forced to me. Without the not I can't do a re-read to point a specific post other then the town reads one (in fact I can but I am too lazy to do it without the bot).Donny Dude wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:18 pmWhat about ghug gives you the impression he is scum?rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:13 pmUntil now I have good town vibes from Eden, Vecna and Jamiet.
I have mixed feelings on Brain and Bunny.
And I think Ghug is scum this time.
The others just don't gave me an impression.

Though Ghug will become easier to figure out once we are at eod and with votes for myself.

It's probably just an experience difference then, but I don't recall any bozo surveys D1 last game.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:41 pmBecause that is what he usually does.celaph wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:36 pmThis is a weird thing to be pushing bozo on. Nothing really I wasn't actually bored lolDonny Dude wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:26 pmGood point on BB and lurkers.President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:16 pmRandom lobbies are trash for sure. Gotta have a crew to play with. We do voice chat for the meetings, which makes it reminiscent (though not the same as) f2f mafia.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 5:44 pmAmong Us sucks, why the hell is it so popular? Don't you insult Fluminator like that.
@all: brainbomb stepped up for the last few pgs, but I still wanna space him because I'm still pretty sure he's mafia from earlier interactions. Nothing he did to step up is outside his range and his start was still suspicious.
RE: brainbomb's point about lurkers - it's true that mafia have generally occupied the space just above hardcore lurking in our metagame recently, and it makes sense to double back and check on those slots in the last several hours before EOD1. But it doesn't make sense to be worrying about lurkers less than a day into a game starting right before New Year's Eve, as lurking is much more likely than normal to be NAI right now. Especially when there are active players to press on things!
Though prez,
What changed for you from your first posts where you seem ecstatic to be playing to later on where you claim you are bored a few hours later?

Aaro probably has a more nuanced answer though.

My first reaction whenever anyone says something like this is that they are trying to get away with it as scum.Maniac wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 10:21 amYes there is a reason.President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 8:31 amManiac buddy is there some point to you announcing these rules in advance instead of just following them?
Rule 1 - later on in the game (assuming my scum buddies don’t bus me and I survive that long) I can just pick someone who wasted their votes early on. Saves me the hassle of reading the thread and putting much effort in.
Rule 2 - saves me the hassle of reading the thread and putting much effort in.
Rule 3 - I’m only reading stuff written in black. You can probably guess the reason why.

Yes, people often pair a game with a zoom or discord stream to chat via voice.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 5:54 pmThe introductory blurb says talking during the game is not allowed except in the chat when there's a vote. So, when you say voice chat, do you mean then?e.m.c^42 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 5:53 pmRandom games suck, the fun part is playing with people you know (i.e. voice chat), so it's essentially f2f mafia.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 5:44 pmAmong Us sucks, why the hell is it so popular? All true!Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 6:02 pmWhat differences are you seeing?
Bunny to me is always quite intense, responds quickly to details, doesn't always see the big picture until he takes a break.
