I've been scumreading bona for a while, and that's still true. I don't really buy their attempts at townslipping recently. I'm not sure who the second person would be. Maybe Maniac? they're the only scumlean/scumread I have left on my most recent list.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this and I also don’t feel good about voting for either maniac or Bona. I think flipping them still gives good info but I doubt either are scum. My biggest reason to townread Bona is that he didn’t vote with any of the scum D1 and D2 and that seems like too obvious. I feel like that much distancing is too strong of a signal and the scum were probably too smart for that. That argument only applies to maniac for D1 so I guess I’d feel better about that vote.

I think my vote is still on HR and I think we should make sure we do that in the next one or two DKs but I’ll join the ##vote maniac wagon for today.

Also I’m fine if people keep asking me questions, but can we also examine some other people? I’m worried that the whole day is going to be about me and when I flip town, it’s going to mean the whole day was wasted.

Pretty much. I don't have any scumreads right now or I would have suggested someone else to wagon on.

Ok, here are my responses in no real order:

• I was scumreading bona and the townslip thing didn't change that. at most it moved them closer to null.
• Looking at voting records made me townread them more
• I guess it's weird that I said I scumread bona d7 after saying I didn't really feel comfortable voting for them. What I think I meant was that they were on the scummier side of my list, but I didn't really have a strong feeling they were scum (no one really comes across as scummy to me right now).

I didn't view Bona's slip as suspicious. I said it was not convincing to me as a reason to townread him and let him skate through the game without posting as much.

I townread you because you pushed yoyo at a time when 2 scum were being outed. That seemed like a terrible time for a bus.

I also townread you for your push on Jamie, and think your push on teacon D1 is NAI. I don't remember you pushing Bunny or damo very hard.

Celaph also says he townreads you for D3, but I do kind of feel like he's just been taking my side on a lot of things... Although I think his tone is towny so I prefer to believe he's just smart town that agrees with me instead of bold scum who is pocketing me

My intent isn't to antagonize you, so I'm sorry if it's coming off that way. My intent is to be forceful with my questioning of you, and to banter with kgray, because I enjoy talking to myself. My chief frustration right now is that you keep talking about how you're going to look into things and then not doing so in favor of defending yourself. I don't think wanting to focus on defending yourself is inherently scummy, but I also think not solving actively harms town, which eventually does make you scummy.

That's all fair. I don't think you're doing anything offensive. It's just been frustrating to watch all this energy going into investigating me when I was at the top of the townclear lists of a lot of players on D5.

I'm going to stop promising to look into things because I'm honestly getting burned out. There's a reasonable chance I still will, but we'll see. (on a side note, promising too much and then not following through has been something I've been working on professionally as well)
