damo and Fluminator were my top scum reads, and with damo as smuggler making sense, I would like to see damo flip today because it could implicate ghug. Yoyoyozo flipping scum is what made the difference.

In keeping with the team bussing, sure, but as far as we know ghug didn't bus anyone whatsoever D1 and D2 (unless Aaro is scum), so it would not be consistent with his own play now, would it? Why do you think he suddenly went into a double-bus mode at the start of D3 if he's scum, having not bussed at all beforehand?

I don't understand how you of all people don't understand that this is the smarter play for the smuggler. Whoever was scanned was eventually dead anyway. A chance at outing the jailer is not worth taking a teammate or two down with you when you go.

I don't think I agree with the characterization of Jamie's defense of Maniac as strong. If he is going to cause more harm than good as both town and scum, why keep him around? Also, Jamie wasn't along in defending Maniac this way, most notably you (HR) on D2.

Also, if you're going to look at Jamie/Maniac interactions. Consider Jamie's D2 push of Maniac. This feels more like scum pushing for a miss-kill than a bus to me.

Why? Being a driving force in getting damo killed, if damo is his partner, would make it much much harder to explain why he was still alive by the time he ever got close to Kylo.

I don't think Jamie's defense of brain is done in a way that makes brain look bad though. His defense is basically that Maniac does bad moves as town as well as scum.

Other reasons to suspect damo #6 (what kgray mentioned about D2 EOD) :

I'm actually really annoyed with how lots of people (HR cough cough) ignored my scumread of damo ealier when he was doing super shady scummy things like sitting on the sidelines at a TvT EoD and watching Hamilton almost die, and now that he's doing his more normal town!damo stuff like declaring townclears and changing his reads without reasons people are saying "oh, he's just imitating his town game."

##vote damo because of the earlier stuff, not because of whatever you all are scumreading him for.

Also, damo said he regretted not voting to help save his top town read D1, but then did the same thing D2:

a) your prerogative but the explanation is true. Jamie interestingly hasn't obvtowned to his usual obvtowning standard yet. A bit early yet I guess but watching that slot.
b) I don't really get why you question my vote. It was pointless leaving my vote on Durga and I was pretty convinced ND was town so I had to vote teacon or Maniac. Of the two I felt Maniac was less towny so voted there. In hindsight however I probably should have voted teacon being the wagon more likely to save ND which was my prime motivator. Hmmm. I'm a bit annoyed with myself now. O well, can't change it now.

If my theory is correct, I don't think ghug wanted damo to be the DK. If my theory is wrong, I still think damo may be scum, and if he does not flip smuggler, my theory will be disproven.
