There is a 0% that bunny got information from visiting EMC. If EMC has a role, it has to be a protective role (based on the fact we're limited to two investigative roles and they weren't vig). They can't be jailer, so they have to be last rites or medic. If you protect someone that isn't targeted for a kill as last rites or medic, the action is canceled, so blackmailer wouldn't see anything. We know all the kills so far have gone through, so there is no way bunny saw anything that night. Also that means that Bunny also had no useful information from night 2. At best he caught one of Durga, Worcej, or VashTom but those are all outed now.

Oh, that makes sense. I was thinking that it was just as unlikely that they'd hit a PR with the blackmailer as with the roalblocker but obviously with the blackmailer it gives them info regardless.

fwiw I don't think this is scummy from Balki. I don't think he'd do suspicious-seeming things like try to out PRs by hiding behind ignorance as scum. Also, the protective actions being canceled if they're unnecessary is a weird thing about this game in particular.
