Worcej and bunny have done a good job vanishing into the background though. Out of sight, out of mind

I'm just sorry I gave you a reason to ignore the important parts of my postChaqa wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 5:59 amThanksgiving doesn't really have much to do with colonialism. Maybe it started that way, but it's a day to spend time with your family, eat turkey, and unwind. No need to be abrasive.

15. I have started a wagon on Bozo. It has two votes. If you want a viable Bozo wagon, as you claim, please join it. Then it will have three.
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
im going to be fluid amongst all my top preference wagons and see if I can make some more pop up though
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
youve instructed me in the past bozo has the most obvious, most recognizeable town game on webdip.
What characterizes that town game
What characterizes that town game

The process by bozo here is it authentic or heavy handedbozotheclown wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 5:16 pmVecna wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 11:42 amWhat other reasons do you have to be suspicious of Kgray? Because in a normal flow, there has to be a preceding determinant before you start trying to form connections like this.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 11:07 amIt is possible kgray was distancing from teacon, then moved off of teacon after teacon became the lead wagon when Vecna gave her the opportunity. Hamilton's EOD vote could have been a cross post with kgray as they both voted to save teacon.
In this scenario, I would go with teacon, kgray, Hamilton, damo, emc, and aarodactyl as my top scum suspects.
Id be very interested in those previous indicatorskgray wrote: ↑Fri Nov 27, 2020 10:23 pmWell I was also pretty open in listing 5 people who I'd vote for, and teacon wasn't on that list. I'm pretty surprised you didn't mention that.
I don't get the argument for scum!Maniac and although I'd be perfectly fine with ND dying and I do scumread him, teacon feels better right now. I hated his vote for Jamie and he feels really different from last game.
Here kgray explains why she is voting for teacon over ND, but she was still hedging, giving her the option of moving to ND. When she did move from teacon to ND, she inserted a short push on BunnyGo that was unlikely to go anywhere, which is a classic scum move to obscure a significant vote change.
The only thing I questioned previously was that emc claimed he had not played with kgray recently, and kgray did not point out that they were both in M60 and M59 (although emc was a sub in those games).
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
I dunno. I went back to skim her ISO in M60 since kgray pointed it out. She's reminding me more and more of that style. Interrupts, "takes offense", even on day 2 or later not reading the setup. I'm not seeing a difference.Fluminator wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 4:20 amShe sounded kind of offended lol. She wouldn't take offense were she scum.

Yes, the closest to being online at EOD was Vecna who posted with 21 minutes left in the day.Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:44 amAre you sure about that? I have no idea if that’s true. But, just curious if you’ve looked into it. Seemed like there were a ton of people off the main wagons.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:23 amEveryone not voting for ND, teacon, or Maniac except for you and emc did not appear to be online at EOD.
Well, does it make sense to you that I just didn’t know what I wanted to do? And so, I sort of returned to my default position (my top scum read) while I figured things out? I mean, that’s mostly the way I was feeling. I’d say that I agree that it was pretty unlikely for HB to be voted out in that moment when I returned my vote to him. And I thought about just leaving my vote there. But, I didn’t. In the end, I figured it would be better to cast a vote for one of the leading candidates. And that’s why I didn’t stay on HB. I did vote on one of the two leading wagons and it very well could have made a difference.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:23 amAs I previously stated, your vote looks suspicious to me because you avoided breaking the tie between ND and teacon, and your explanation seems suspicious because I do not think there was any chance of Hamilton getting DKed when you returned your vote to him, and I think you had already clearly established your scum read of him.
I’m not sure you’re thinking carefully about the way it feels to be on, and be voting, in the final minutes of a phase (especially when playing by sneaking glances at your phone, from a beach, with your family). Trying to catch up on the thread, trying to look over at peterbot to see a vote count, trying to refresh and see things live as they happen in the thread — you don’t have perfect information and you don’t know what the dozens of other players are going to do in the final minute. So, to assume I thought my vote for teacon (bringing him to within one vote of a lynch, with several posts still coming in before the phase ended) would not be decisive is just incorrect.
You are voting me not based on my behavior, or my vote, but by the timing of my vote. You think I should have voted for teacon 3 minutes earlier than I did. That’s just ridiculous.
Bozo, go look again at what you would expect me to do as town. That is exactly what I did. I made a choice between ND, teacon, and Maniac when it was clear they were the DK options.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:23 amTo answer your specific question, as town I would expect you to make a choice between ND, teacon, and Maniac when it was clear they were the DK options instead of trying to start a wagon on BunnyGo or emphasize your scum read of Hamilton.
Of course it is possible your explanation is true, but I think there is a potential scum motivation for your EOD voting.
Why were you willing to try to get a BunnyGo wagon going 12 minutes before EOD?

I will let you reach your own conclusion, but teacon may not have gotten around to interacting with all of his teammates.Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:45 amWhat do you want us to conclude from this information?bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:42 amI believe the only players teacon did not interact with D1 are Chaqa, Fluminator, and Maniac.

Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
What kind of "process" are you looking for? Anyone reading teacon's D1 can determine this.Vecna wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 11:34 amif you actually looked into that, why did you not show us that process?bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 9:42 amI believe the only players teacon did not interact with D1 are Chaqa, Fluminator, and Maniac.
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
I sincerely doubt teacon ran out of time to talk to his scum team. it seems far more likely that teacon made a conscious choice to protect teammates by not drawing attention to them
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
I was surprised you scumread jamie for the communist thing. do you have any opinion on the fact that bunny initially brought it up but wanted chaqas feedback on if it was scummy or not?
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
ahhh disregard. I get this now

16. What do you mean "ran out of time"? Ran out of time when, during N1?
Are you assuming scum have a Daychat? I don't believe they do.
Could you clarify this post, Brain?
