In the last game I tried a new approach to posting, in which I deliberately limited the number of posts I would use each day. Now, granted, I only did this on one day, but it was very interesting and gave me a much calmer and longitudinal view of the game. It forced me to think more carefully, and to post only when I actually had something important to say.

After the 24hr mark in D1, once 66% of the shitposting is out of the way, I will therefore be adopting this approach again.

Just an observation: we’re on page 26, and so much of the thread is garbage. Just makes it very hard to read and very easy to blend in if you are pretending to solve problems because your role pm gave you all the answers.

If you haven’t read this Mafia Guide, I hope you will. I think it has some useful advice. It will help all of us (a) make sense of the thread, and (b) sort people who are trying to solve a puzzle from those who know the answers, if we edit ourselves a bit more and post with a purpose, I think the game will be more fun.

Also, less toxic Internet forum insults. It’s not funny and it’s not brave. Let’s be nice and have fun.

He did this exact same type of post last game, and I death-tunneled him for it, but he turned out to be town. Reverse psychology might be at work in him expecting us to remember it.

The same ofcourse applies to ND's style here, which is absolutely a copy/pasta of a certain game from the past. But if he was faking it as scum he'd probably have launched at least one insult at the person it worked on back then to drive the point home.

I remember ND"s game in the same style being a scum game. No?

crown is a decent, but I like drinking it neat and generally there's usually better options for that. I like some mixed drinks but not enough to make them myself. always room to improve I suppose?

fave scotch: laphroaig 18 because it's both peaty AND smooth. Also The Balvenie cask strength edition was good. go easy on that though for maximum enjoyment.

Laphroaig is excellent (if too many vowels). You should try Lagavulin. Mind you any Islay malt is good.

I enjoy alcohol. Japanese whisky is surprisingly good. I received a bottle of Nikka 'from the barrel' from my best friend / ex-girlfriend five years ago; it's been consumed long since, of course, but it remains one of the best Xmas presents given to me in my adult life. As someone born and raised in Scotland I would say my favourites are Highland Park, Oban, Balvenie, Glenfarclas. Some bourbon is very good too, if you know what to ask for. Not Jack Daniels obviously; I wouldn't use that to clean paintbrushes.
