Also as a meta side I don't really see too many laid out walls from Balki in previous games in the entry phase and this really isn't the worst D1 we've opened with

(1) What is the point you are trying to make about my meta? Are you saying that “laid out walls” are alignment indicative for me? Are you comparing to my Town games, Scum games, or just generally all games?

(2) When you say “I don’t really see too many laid out walls from Balki,” do you mean you don’t remember me doing that kind of thing? Or did you just go back and do some research?

(1) - Havent actually checked if you were town or scum in the game I was comparing to, just something that struck me as odd and held up when I checked.

(2) I checked the bot for every full mafia game back to 46 (sadly you've only played 1) to compare, I have no motivation to go further

Like you I can't tell scum from shitposter yet so I don't have much to say on that front. My initial town reads are bunny, durga, and ND. Their posts seem to at least be advancing the conversation in a productive fashion.

Can you please expand on these initial town reads? I don’t really understand why you have noticed those three specifically? How are they advancing the conversation? What do you see them doing that seems more likely to be a sincere scum hunt than a pretend one?

I will come in defense of Nephs and say that it certainly is very easy to skim direct ISO and forget to check alignment if forgotten. Can't say I particularly liked your entrance, since there's certainly more than enough friendly faces for you to banter with lmao.

Just an observation: we’re on page 26, and so much of the thread is garbage. Just makes it very hard to read and very easy to blend in if you are pretending to solve problems because your role pm gave you all the answers.

If you haven’t read this Mafia Guide, I hope you will. I think it has some useful advice. It will help all of us (a) make sense of the thread, and (b) sort people who are trying to solve a puzzle from those who know the answers, if we edit ourselves a bit more and post with a purpose, I think the game will be more fun.

Also, less toxic Internet forum insults. It’s not funny and it’s not brave. Let’s be nice and have fun.

2. The points made are general

I'm literally dumbfounded anyone could town read someone who doesn't actually contribute or read the game. It is only NAI with Drugna because she never reads the game start post or actually interacts with anyone in the game. She just votes for people she personally, out of game reasons, doesn't like. If this was a mature and frankly intelligent community we would automatically vote people like that out of the game because they produce nothing of intellectual value to the conversation.

I'm sorry for the broader commentary about the community at large, but seriously that statement bothered me and I had to elaborate on my thought process about it because that newb just posted a smiley face above in my query to him.

That said, we have new players in the game, and this thread is not hidden. We're aiming for "fun" heated, not "toxic" heated. Please try to tone the attacks and language down a notch. This isn't targeted at any one player as there are several people who fit the bill.

Anyway, town feelings so far extend to worce, brain for his comment on teacon that mirrors close enough my thoughts, and probably bozo simply because he's an attractive force of nature.

1) Any post I labeled as "fake" is because it is. That person/entity (I know we have to be careful because we can't assume gender) has stated something so obnoxiously obvious an unimpressive oxen like Ghug could point it out.

a) These fake posts make them appear to be blending in. It is a scum tier/trash tier post.

2) Drugna was my joke vote, but her reaction is about what I expected. She is a trash player and her response was expected.

3) I got a few good reads out of all of that. A few of the newbs Flum pointed out. Interesting how two of them immediately jumped on Flum. And where there is some smoke there may be fire.

3a) This Kgray guy trying to sheep a vote on me. Just because Ghuggles mentioned me, that guy tried to start a sheep train on me like flies on dung. That's scum tier.

These are my current thoughts on the game. Doesn't mean they are all scum. But these people have to ALL be questioned.
