I just want to point out that if we'd killed Jamie D1 instead of a competent townie, he wouldn't have been around to lead a kill on another competent townie D2.
I think it was in your gift to get Jamie killed with flum sheeping you and now you're moaning about the outcome. Not a good look. Neither is Jamie's staged sweary rebuke of you.

I’m pretty pissed off. I’m wondering what I personally can do differently over N2 and D3. It was the lamest bullshittiest reason to vote HR, but it’s the mist competent idea of a read I had. On that note, I’m out throwing candy to kids.

You’re confident that you’ll still be around D3?

Interesting

Friends, I am in the hospital overnight. I had a severe low blood sugar event while out doing yardwork. My wife came outside to check on me because I was texting her like I was drunk. (A low blood sugar tell for me.) I see that I texted here too with Goofy stuff. I will try to make sense of it in the morning. Not looking for health pity. Considering subbing out because I realize that this affects the game. I'll see what worcej wants. I am fine, though.

I very much wanted kgray to take off, and made pretty clear with my posting that I would vote for Maniac over HR if it came down to it, so I don't find this characterization fair. I agree that kgray's vote for darg when it didn't make the wagon bigger than Maniac's was a bit odd, but I think it would be more damning if HR had flipped scum.
It wasn't at all clear that the choice was "flashwagon to darg" or "everyone move to HR." Why didn't you move to Maniac then?

Do you think it's likely that kgray is scum with Maniac?

Don't particularly like bo and Chaqa immediately coming out with such sure conclusions right after the flip.
Agree.

It's pretty damn weird that you find the wagon that caused a bunch of people to vote for a townie when it sprang up more problematic than the wagon on that townie.
Did I tell people to move to HR?

The darg wagon did not cause people to vote for HR. Revealing the crumb might have caused them to leave darg, but they could have gone wherever else they wanted. I was on Maniac the whole time. It looks like he, or kgray, was being protected.

Do you know more about darg's alignment than we do? Please explain your question...

My problem with the darg wagon was that he wasn't around to defend himself, that it was being stoked late (like, the last 15 minutes late), and that he'd crumbed FV.
I didn't vote for Maniac because I wanted darg, bo, kgray, Jamie, or damo. I would have voted for Maniac had it come down to him vs. HR, but I worked to form a wagon on a scumread instead.

I don't think I said anywhere that you told people to move to HR. I find it weird that a townie was miskilled and you're focusing solely on their counterwagon. You weren't even involved in killing the townie, so it's not even a "this was justified and everyone who disagreed with me is the problem" reaction, which is something I could see a townie doing. I don't see much scum reason for you to do this either, so I'm chalking it up to another instance of your game philosophy not making sense to me.

Not killing people who aren't around to claim has always been stupid. It's especially stupid when we're all PRs.

While the backhanded ad hominem is cute, let's clear this up.

At EoD2

...who was leading kills on whom?

I don't recall jamiet, whatever his alignment was, pushing for people to move to an absent player.
When did I say that he was pushing people to move to an absent player? He was the oldest vote on HR. He questioned others on their reads of HR in the hopes of sitting up votes. He was key to that kill.

##CALL GM - for those whose national clocks aren't based on insanely outdated principles, how is daylight savings going to affect the end of the night time?
Is that crap tomorrow? God I hate it...

It will move the deadline back another hour. It will still be 2:00 PM, but it will now be PDT right?
Something like that. Thanks. All the Europeans are gonna have to figure out how Murica works I guess.

I like to make sure my vote counts rather than it being wasted. When double voters are playing and could be scum we have to make sure that isn't used to force a tie or save someone
Exactly. Why are you waiting until seconds to go to make your vote count instead of participating in the EOD if you're here and so attentive?
I would have preferred Jamie obviously and wanted to give that every opportunity to fly. If a very late wagon on someone who i scum read had have materialized, I wouldn't jumped there. As it was hammering down HR's coffin to ensure no ties seemed like best option.
On day 2, Jamie's wagon was down to 1 vote with 47 minutes to go. That 1 vote was you. Without momentum for it to grow, one vote does not constitute a wagon, and you did not attempt to provide it any momentum to grow. Why did you not attempt to convince people to join you again on Jamie as it faded down the stretch?

Why aren't you attempting to make a late wagon on someone you scumread materialize? Why wait for someone else to do it? Who do you scumread, and on who would those applicable wagons have been?

You did the exact same thing on day 1, except your vote was for me, and as far as I know none of your votes on day 1 until your vote on Flum were serious. Who would you have moved to on day 1 had that wagon materialized?

You sat silently watching in the hope that people would vote for me, instead of actively pushing me as EoD approached?

And if a late wagon had emerged on one of your scumreads, you..... "wouldn't".... have joined it....

Agree.
If it makes you both feel better, I began writing that post before the flip was announced, because I was that certain, and I was paying rather close attention to how that wagon was transpiring in the last couple of minutes. Pretty scummy to be that confident in your reads and plan ahead like that, huh?
