It is what caused your post not to go through if someone had posted something while you were typing. It would default to a "post review" so that you can see what others posted in that time before you confirmed that you wanted your post to go through.

I don't think that turning off the post review will solve our issues at the EOD but I think it will help. Particularly, I think it is far better to lag like crazy once than lag like crazy four or five times. We'll see how it goes for this game and hopefully be able to figure out a solution if this doesn't have as large of an impact as I hope it does.
