I really can't see a world where emc isn't scum, but since night will likely be dead too it makes sense to talk now. I'm rereading some things with the flips in mind, but I have two initial thoughts:

(1) Why are we not talking about killing Flum? If he's not town who had a bomb then he's got to be 3p/mafia, right?

(2) I really doubt Nanook is town at this point.

2. I'm feeling similarly. Where I'm more lost is the last one. I'm feeling one of HR/Durga/Flum, but that's straight POE and we don't have the time to kill all three.

I do think Nanook is scum:

• I think that summit's interaction calling him town af was pretty awkward so it should't be used as a reason to townread Nanook like he claims. Also a realistic chance that Nanook is actually the traitor, given he claimed he was scum D1 (replying to summit, even!) and then talked about the lone wold pretty extensively.

• His D1 disinterest in engaging because Bunny was a jerk about positing pictures is relatively NAI to me, but he sure did bring that up whenever he could to get out of contributing. Also his promises that he'd solve the game have clearly not been kept, and at this point he's not even trying.

• His reads have hardly evolved from D1, where he said ghug/Durga/me/HR were townreads. (Aside - I think if Nanook is scum he probably puts at least one teammate in this list. Given my townreads of HR and ghug, I think Durga could be Nanook's teammate.) The most notable change in Nanook's reads was him deciding flash's summit vote wasn't town-indicative after bozo brought up that flash always does that, which allowed him to drop a vote on flash and disappear for the rest of the phase even though he'd previously repeatedly defended his position that in his experience scum would never do what flash did.

• Also whenever he gives his reads it's just a list of people who are "probably town." He basically only scumreads people when he has to vote and never explains why. Maniac seemed like the only person he had concrete reasons to think he was scum (traitor signaling) and he never pushed that wagon. He's continually scumread seth all game without giving any actual reasons until D6 where he says it's just because he thinks summit's wagon didn't have a lot of early bussers.
