Why would you assume they killed rivera because he was bugs? He's killed early very often, so I don't know why you're shocked. Especially if you're implying you expected scum would kill you over rivera, when lots of people were scumreading you?

I totally agree that Summit won't claim if Maniac was scum. Yes, he can be traitor, but it's a less likely possibility, so I would give Maniac some credit.

On VCA, Ghug, Moscow and Tom get most towny points. Prado and Damo get most scummy points. Worcej also doesn't look good, but I still don't get scum vibes from him. And everybody already pointed this

Kgray is a solid town, she was the one giving a solid reason to scumread Summit, having played with scum Summit before. Flum reasoning is weird, but I don't see scum bussing that way. I would add Flash, HR and Durga to probably town (at least not people to worry at D2). The late voters are less towny as we should have some bussers.

My top scum suspects are now Prado, Bunny and Seth. Nannok also by elimination. Damo and Worcej could be fooling me, but I still townread them.

You seem to now generally agree with his reads, but at the time you had a number of questions for him.

You voted Summit when it's done, so you don't get towny points. And you didn't obvtowned like last game, but I don't see nothing scummy too, so you are in the maybe deep scum region with Bozo. If you are still alive after some days I start worrying.

I believe you were asking rdrivera, and you asking about his read of you, his answer, and his mention of me in his answer makes me suspect you killed rdrivera and are trying to deflect suspicion onto me.

So the word "shocked" specifically isn't what concerns me, it's the overall sentiment. It reads like "look at me, I had no idea scum would kill rivera!" and I don't buy it.

It would bother me coming from anyone, but it especially bothers me that Bunny is implying *he* was trying to draw the nightkill and therefore is especially surprised that rivera was killed over him, when lots of people were questioning Bunny and I don't think anyone was suspicious of rivera.

I knew people scum read me so I wasn’t a likely NK. But I was very happy as Bugs last game with that. It gave me cover to not worry about the NK while riding the edge of the DK. It’s not an unreasonable position. It’s what I did as the 3P to avoid a NK.

Actually, I get this feeling that Maniac is on to something. When damo said he was "on the gargle" it sounded to me like another euphemism for drinking, and google confirmed this. Obviously I realize 2 people referencing drinking isn't necessarily a huge coincidence, but it could be a signal from damo too.

So who is the traitor in this scenario anyway? Because I really did not get what maniac was hinting at.

rdrivera correctly speculated that I NKed Vecna in M1013, but I was the only scum left, and he caught me because he turned out to be the cop. Other than that, I do not remember anything like you asked.

I am not making any assumption, Vecna was speculating that I killed rdrivera, and I was saying I find that speculation suspicious coming from him.

Maniac clearly didn’t realize there was a traitor in the game so by his own admission he was softing scum and that made me suspicious of him since I had been the traitor last game and was watching for potential signaling. That’s why I felt better to vote for him because to me that was a stronger indication of scum than summit’s meta which I am not as familiar with as most of you all are.

I would favour voting for a Maniac voter so Seth or Nanook. Don't particularly mind which. I will vote for either that looks like getting DK'd.

I believe seth keeping his vote on Maniac but congratulating Chaqa for counterclaiming puts him in the same group as those who were voting for Maniac but switched to summit after Chaqa's counterclaim, which is you, TrPrado, BunnyGo, and Donny. I think this group is a good place to look for scum.
