Not scared, just not paying attention, when I made that specific post I was about to start playing Among Us with a group unrelated to this game

He thought that flash was calling Flum's comment out because he didn't know that flum would have access to all the role PMs (i.e. scum flum faking knowledge of a PM he hadn't gotten the chance to see)

He thought a townie would be more likely to not read the setup.

This led him to "lock in" a townread on him.
