This is some preliminary setup information I posted this in the OP as well. I'm preparing a setup document that you all will be able to see. We'll have that up Monday probably.
• Town will have between 4 and 6 PRs, depending on how many sign up. Mafia will have 3. Numerous PRs on the roster have never been seen on webDiplomacy before.
• Some PRs available will not be used. Jamie and I have come up with sets of roles, and one role will be played out of each set.
• There will be items. You will have a pretty good chance of getting an item. Some items are passable, meaning players can pass them between one another.
• The game will begin on N0. Mafia will have a kill, and town PRs can use their powers if they choose.
• Mafia will be able to gain daychat if they are able to figure out who the last member of their team is. That player will not be in the mafia chat, and his identity will be hidden.
• A third party win will not end the game.

21 players is probably the ideal number for this game, so that's what we're shooting for. More does not hurt. Thanks to those who have signed up thus far.
