On the flip side, this setup actually encourages late coalescing and/or last minute wagons, because if the scum can't react quick enough then their kill might be on someone who they thought was safe but actually got killed by a last second wagon. This only needs to happen once, in combination with our BP being hit, to get us an extra daykill.

Putting its validity aside this is a towny post.

As a response to a lot of the things leveled at me in the last 3 pages. I don't really know what I'm doing, and I do a lot of things for fun. Sorry I'm acting strangely. Please don't make the the D1 kill again. A 100% streak in that is not something I want to aim for.

I think that's an interesting point. On the other hand, they gave a pretty decent explanation as to why. It seems they like to compartmentalize early and go from there. That was one wall of text. I'd say they'd be publishing a lot more if they wanted to discourage or confuse town. However, it's early days.

I'm not discouraging your vote on kgray. At this point it's as good, and knowledgable, as any other townie vote. If, however, you experience a change of heart, where would you vote go next? Would you put it on one of the wagons currently at the top?

Another possibility is that Vecna and bo_sox are scum teammates, since Vecna moved his vote off of bo_sox after bo_sox picked up a third vote and Jamie talked about hammering bo_sox.

kgray and rdrivera both have demonstrated a willingness to vote for a scum partner D1, but I think it is unusual for scum to vote for each other D1, so I do not think either is bussing. 1 of the 2 could be scum, but I also think scum is less likely than town to return a vote on a town, so I tend to believe kgray is town here.

Why would scum not be voting eachother in a setup that completely and utterly rewards proper bussing?

Why would no night phases change your scum-hunting strategy?

Not sure there would be a change; this is a different set-up so I wasn't sure if there would be a "theoretical" difference. I think if all we have is the usual VCA and the posts, that's all we have.

So you've parked your vote on RDR. Why? Leaving it there? I'm not sure I got anything significantly non-town from them.

Usually rdr and I think pretty similarly - in previous games he's even said I could be his spokesperson. I haven't played with scum!rdr (he was 3p in one game, but still hunting so that doesn't really count) so I think the fact that we're on such different pages is alarming. It might have started out as a misunderstanding, but we cleared that up and I'm still just not seeing where he's coming from. It's fine for him to make jokes, but when only 20% or whatever of his posts are serious and he hasn't said anything I've agreed with, then I'm concerned. Also, he's continually avoiding answering my question and that combined with all the jokes make me think he's trying to hide.
