I would potentially vote for Worcej or Ghug over Durga at this point, though. I think Worcej is playing too nicely. Bozo is obviously town to me—he's focusing way too much on small inconsistencies, so he will probably end up tunneling on a townie.

How is worcej playing too nicely? Why is ghug on your list? Why does worcej warrant a vague explanation while ghug does not?

In previous games, Worcej has been acerbic and hostile, even agreeing that he's playing like an asshole. In those games, he's been town. In a recent game when he didn't play that way, he was scum who managed to make it to the win in no small part because of his newfound congeniality. It's just 20 posts so far this game, but he hasn't abused or derided anyone enough for me to think it's town-worcej.

Ghug is on my list because I have a hard time reading him (even having just been scum with him), and something says I want to scumread him; while I don't think Vecna is scum, if I'm wrong about that, ghug and Vecna could be scum together and done a cutesy little dance for us all a few pages back. So Worcej gets an explanation because I can point to a general change in behavior; ghug doesn't get an explanation because it's just a gut reaction.

Necroing this a bit - but really it's mostly because I don't see any reason to be an asshole to anyone.

FWIW, not pertaining to the above comment: I was perfectly content to see Bunny flip - I think his lynch will be much more informative than just getting Bismark, who was now replaced, or some lurker that wasn't around (SarahK notably). The lack of incredible movement will shine a light on certain people as the game progresses IMO

The issue I take with that is that it sets up such easy meta for worcej to follow. I don't think anyone legitimately sticks to the exact same meta that we claim to have on them as town or scum every single game; in fact, I can think of very few people who obviously indicate one way or another unintentionally.

What game was super nice worcej? I'm pretty sure he's always nice to me, but that's just because I've made him my minion. He thinks of me what I want him to think of me.

Bo failed to respond to Fox's second paragraph where Fox misremembered Ghug as scum in M57 (which would have been alongside Bo and Fox, who were both scum). Not sure if scum!bo would be so willing to ignore that.

And summit appears again with one comment that is super super specific. I dont even understand the point he's trying to make, but it does show he's reading super carefully I guess, and is being very specific about the things he's responding to.

The point is Ghug being mislabelled as scum in M57 by Foxcastle must have been noticed by Bo, yet he chose to ignore it. I think that is worth pointing out.

I'm not sure my posting is too much different, except I had to place the game aside for a time.

This is quite the peculiar reason to unvote someone at a crucial moment. If Bismarck slot does end up flipping red at some point, this is a thing to remember.

At least it does mean there is no way that HR is defending one scumbud in those 2 and Rdrivera is in on it as well. No way he openly townreads his scum buddy for defending a third.

Some important implications for theorizing teams, to be remembered for when/if it becomes relevant at some point.

I can't see Seth bussing Bis with 50 minutes to go puttinh him into a 5-4 lead to later so obviously retract. I can't see him putting him in that position in the first place. Not saying neither of them could be scum but highly doubt they both are.

What information do you think flipping Bismarck would have provided us? I think there is often scum in the lurkers, but Day 1 is important for providing information that can't be got later in the game.

Well, go reread Bunny and see what you can glean from a verified townie's reasoning and how people responded to it. You'll certainly learn more from that that you will from Bismarck's engagement with other players.

I would be willing to die to identify Vecna as mafia, and if he is town, he is a common N1 NK. I do not necessarily think it is worth the risk to use the Desperado power N1, but if I were to use it, he would be my target.

Just as a general statement: You dont desperado to townclear someone that scum is going to want to NK asap regardless

I do think this is an interesting catch. I'm not even sure what I meant—Ghug does stick in my mind as my first scumbuddy from way back in M33, and last game I felt very much like I was paying attention to his town game a lot more to try to evade it, but he was certainly not my teammate. But I'm also not sure I expect Bo to catch every little inconsistency, let alone run it down.
