Honestly? Bunny was anxious last game. When I ask for a role and GM gives it to me, I want to do well.

I started weak last game. Finished weak too. But had a strong middle.

This game? Meh. If people don’t want to play, I don’t need to be here.

Yeah, it’s that pitying disappointment that’s a new mode for Bunny. He’s usually more optimistic and more positive. More humble but willing to take credit for his victories. I’d expect that post from Normal Bunny to read:

“Honestly? Bunny is always anxious. <something about the challenges of cracking other players’ ways of thinking to solve the game >”

Why the unusual tone?

Suppose a player is not participating. There are no subs. And any sub found is also unlikely to participate. Should they be policy burned? Is that pro town just to reduce the clutter?

It kinda breaks the game if we're expected to kill lurkers who might be town. Just potentially gives mafia free miskills so I'm not a fan. I'm not playing this game to policy kill random players

I tend to find D1s a bit of a drag but I've posted alot so I guess it's better than usual. I prefer when we have something concrete to go on.

While both Bis and Bo have posted but failed to comply I fail to see why votes are cast elsewhere.

Some people don't seem to be trying very hard but I'll put that down to it being D1 and hope they improve.

Apart from the noncompliance thing are you scum reading anyone particularly?

Partly I’m tired. I have a deadline at work with a project I hate.

Partly I’m tired of the general meta game here of us enrolling more players in games than actually want to play. Like, how about we just all post 10 random shouts then flip some coins remove players and actually start to play?

It’s kinda dull after a while. I’m a bit frustrated with my ability as Town to cut through this BS. It’s just a bit easier as scum. Hell, even last game my specific goal was to look like a perennial Daykill possibility but never actually get it. That was EASY. So somewhat unrewarding.

Reading people when they don’t show up is impossible. I started playing forum
Mafia because I believed it was too easy for scum and I was looking to be proven wrong and learn something. I’m still waiting for that.

I read you perfectly last game. Between overthinking things and my teammates insisting that it was all subtle attempts to game me, I went against that read. Then Flum sent you the god thread while you were still alive and the game was tainted anyway.

My guess is that it is more common for scum to claim players talking about "mechanics" are pretending to look useful than it is for scum to pretend to look useful by talking about mechanics.

Strongly disagree. In addition to what ghug said in a rather vile way, a lot of the time you won’t find scum involved in those conversations at all. They’ll let town yell at each other about mechanics and quietly mull over which of those folks are PRs.

The Weak Doctor, if there is one, can basically get a cop scan in each night if he can make his reports available without giving himself away. I think the hypo claims would give him the best chance of sharing his reports without getting identified right away, maximizing the number of scans he can perform.

I would potentially vote for Worcej or Ghug over Durga at this point, though. I think Worcej is playing too nicely. Bozo is obviously town to me—he's focusing way too much on small inconsistencies, so he will probably end up tunneling on a townie.
