It was more that he was complaining about all the mechanics talk, which, as much as I like to do it, isn't any more useful than the mechanics talk itself.

Once you figure it out lmk, I think I use rose coloured glasses with Vecna and I've never played a game with him as scum

I think the only distinct difference you're forgetting is I was commenting on the people and what was being said and whether I agreed or not.
