I voted damo when bozo claimed, not when Yoyo claimed. I didn't townread damo and he seemed like the must likely option to go somewhere.

I voted Yoyo because damo wasn't winning (and we in fact had a tie).

I made my case on gold, such as it was, and tried to convince multiple people of it, but nobody was biting. In retrospect, had I waited a minute longer, he might have been the wagon instead of damo. Such is life. I could have fought harder by making shit up; I'm pretty good at pushing daykills when I'm not honestly hunting. It was not a joke wagon.

Gold seems like the most likely scum to me at this point. I'm irked by Durga and starting to wonder if I should really be townreading you so readily on meta without knowing how you play as scum, but right now I think that's just paranoia. Damo is probably still my second choice, because most other people have day one voting records that point to their being town.

From my perspective, it was my first game and it was painful. Trying to “fit in” with the Mafia crowd, be scum... it was so forced. Go check the last mini game...the one that got cancelled.

Ghug, thus far you are the one I trust the most. I don't think I'll have time to get through every page like this. If bozo actually was scum, I don't mind dying today so long as I leave town enough clues to go off of. But you are likely going to be the NK anyways, so you need to be doing this as well. And if bozo was actually town, we're in lylo right now so you need to be doing a full re-read anyways.

Here, HB gets the townread from durga for explaining his logic. But it's not like he volunteered to - he only did so when prodded by yoyo. Also, the 'logic' itself is not the best, and in fact pretty suspect. Like, the only alternative for ghug to putting the odds at 50/50 is scumslipping. How do you townread someone from that? I don't see how scum ghug or town ghug is more or less likely to say the 50/50 quote.

It's absolutely garbage logic; you're right, the alternative totally invalidates it. I also wouldn't expect ghug to slip on something so faulty.

I dig the thinking though; what's Durga's read based on? HB's explanation. HB's explanation is faulty logic. Therefore, what does Durga gain by using HB's faulty logic to townread him?

I keep forgetting that there’s not a daytime Mafia QT thread. So scum won’t kniw one another until night 1, going by the setup of the mini game I played. Unless I’m mistaken.
