Re: Mini-Mafia M1014
All I can think of when combining "riot" and the hospital set-up is the video for Quiet Riot's Cum On Feel the Noize. Waking up in a mental ward, only heavy metal will get you wild, wild, wild.

Refer to Peterbot for the name of the gameHamilton Brian wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 6:06 pmAll I can think of when combining "riot" and the hospital set-up is the video for Quiet Riot's Cum On Feel the Noize. Waking up in a mental ward, only heavy metal will get you wild, wild, wild.

Could you elaborate on "Bozo being Bozo"? In your view, what does Bozo usually play like?

Scum cannot organically make reads on people. When they start reading people as town or scum for reasons that don't hold up under scrutiny, that is scummy.Durga wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 3:57 pmLiterally tell me why scum would come up with something like that to *town* read ghug? I never said HB's logic was good, his explanation just struck me as genuine. You can disagree but it's not scummyMoscowFleet wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 7:10 amThis seems plausible to me. Not too sure about yoyo, but so far not the biggest durga fan. 17 posts and the only substance is townreading HB:goldfinger0303 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 5:40 amAs for my Durga read, scum love to get some easy town cover by going over mechanics of the setup. I do it every game, and it usually works (ghug caught it last game tho).
Add that to a little light bussing to start the day off by scum!yoyo, and that caught my attention.
Here, HB gets the townread from durga for explaining his logic. But it's not like he volunteered to - he only did so when prodded by yoyo. Also, the 'logic' itself is not the best, and in fact pretty suspect. Like, the only alternative for ghug to putting the odds at 50/50 is scumslipping. How do you townread someone from that? I don't see how scum ghug or town ghug is more or less likely to say the 50/50 quote.
I have very bad mafia memories of being stuck for literal weeks in town vs town tunnels (I think damo may actually have been one of them iirc), so I'm going to make an effort this game to not get hung up on anything. But I will scumlean on durga for now.

How's it going, rd?rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 10:43 amThis comment seems so not Gold. You finally is town or you are forcing to change your meta?goldfinger0303 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 4:46 amghug don't take my place.
I feel very comfortable with ##Vote yoyo
My reasoning? He's posting like I do. Like, I'm seeing his posts and going "yeah, I'd say that"
Except I'm always scum, and only know to play the game as such. Ergo, yoyo is scum.
How would you say gold normally plays as scum? What's different here?

Marry me?

Re: Mini-Mafia M1014
Yeah that's what I chalked it up to as well at first, but it's page 8, there's been a fair amount of actual discussion, and his posts are still contributing nothing. That's too much ghug, even for ghug.goldfinger0303 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 8:31 pmThis is just ghug ghugging up the game. It's pretty NAI

Re: Mini-Mafia M1014
Ghug was doing this at LYLO last game. Believe me, it's NAI. Annoyingly so.
Bozo, unlike ghug I expected more of substance from you. I think everyone here has weighed in on your color posts so if it was a reaction test it should be done. What was the purpose of that?
Also, yoyo has dipped since I called him out for not lurking.

Hey now, that was much more calculated than this.goldfinger0303 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 9:31 pmGhug was doing this at LYLO last game. Believe me, it's NAI. Annoyingly so.
