Bismarck: Defending yourself is fine, but outside of that, who do you scumread? Can you help us find scum that are not pushing you?

I already named 4 of my top scumteam (no particular order):

Hellenic Riot
e.m.c^42
Tom Bombadil

Common to all four is my perception that they have collectively contributed not much to actual scum hunting with evidence, plus the fact that all 4 have been actively moving votes in the last 30mins of each D1 and D4, and each time around that time EMC was a leading wagon.

My 5th is a tossup between Fox, Nanook and therul at this point in time, though given how well organised I think these guys have been, I wouldn't be surprised if they have one deeply buried as a Townie presently.

Sorry, I missed basically the entire night phase and last night. I'm just not really online in the evenings anymore since I started telework, and have had some work projects that are taking up my days.

I don't think EMC is scum, and I don't know why people are still trying to policy flip him when Temasek is being out-posted by half a dozen dead players. Macca looked like newbie scum on D1 before bailed, and I think it's likely that Tem is trying to lurk his way past that.

In a previous game Fluminator (I think it was he) advocated hammering more (the meta here is not to hammer) so that we were constantly riding the EOD edge. Is that what you mean about “pro hammers”?

I play a mix of plurality and hammer games, I’ve found hammers can be pretty pro-town when used correctly.

That is why I said it was a gut feeling. I do not have hard proof. I went back again and found what I think made me think you were scum.
And I find that you are defending your self pretty hard, when no one else but me has voted for you.

I didn't answer because the main reason I townread emc is the fact that a load of shifty people have suddenly flipped to wagonning him near EoD *twice* now. Nobody has ever given a case on him, nobody has ever explained why, and yet the votes have continually rolled up regardless. Half the votes D1 were thanks to a 'misread' and none of them were remotely explained D3. Do you not find all those completely unexplained votes to be suspicious, Jamie?
