Tom, I think you're lost and frustrated that I'm not less lost and able to direct you. I think not knowing where I stand on things is on you though. If you'd like me to lead you, vote Fox. His reaction to damo's claim was inorganic and his play feels unmotivated.

I think Nanook's reaction to the onslaught of worst is pretty towny. Also inclined to not lynch Bismarck today given his response, but less strongly. That leads me to townreading to some extent everyone except emc, Fox, Temasek, rdrivera, FlyingBoat, and therul. That's a pretty small and lurker-heavy list, so I'm probably wrong. Best bets there are Bismarck, Brian, Tom, HR. If I can't have Fox today, I think I'd like emc.

Suppose Foxcastle's hypothesis is correct in that one is not aligned with the other, so:
a) Nanook is not scum, but HR is.
b) Nanook is scum, but HR is town.

That the virus and town have strong reason to work together. I thought at the time that while getting the virus on our side as a semi aligned vig would be great the virus has absolutely no reason to align with us. It seemed likely to me at that point that you were either scum or the virus. I ruled out ignorance of the setup given how much you posted about it. The voting patterns lead me to view you as scum instead of the virus.

Also doing some catchup. I'm not sure whether Nanook's continued refusal to actually provide reads is necessarily townie, but I'm willing to consider that their playstyle might just be to obstinately frustrate people no matter what given the number of people who've now pushed him for it without triggering any sort of change.

You realize the virus needs an invite onto the ship and the other members of the ship can kill it if they find it.

If he gets removed from this game he should be banned from the next game, and if the GM of that game does *not* ban him, he will be excluded from the next game that I run.
