I thought about it, but allowing a noticeable action not documented by a timestamp that can also be undone opens up a can of worms. It would probably be nothing (especially in this setup) but it's easier this way to disallow.

This is something I can agree. Just replace the wine for a great Argentinian Malbec or Uruguayan Tannat that are easier to find and cheaper here where I live.
