I have 4 cats, 1 dog, and ~400 fish (I have a 125 gallon, 2 75 gallon, 1 55 gallon, and 1 40 gallon fish tank) and I gotta say I am over cats.

One of my cats has hates me since we got her but loves my wife, so she stays. The most affectionate cat I have who loves me so much decided to show it to me constantly by pooping outside of her literbox (before you offer: I have tried everything to stop it) and on the floor next to my desk in my home office.

Another cat is 16 years old now and clearly getting too old, but she’s also incredibly stubborn so I imagine she will live another 5 years.

All 4 cats are indifferent to us - we provide and they give us love when they want, which is usually after 11:00 PM when we are asleep in our bed asleep.

Now for my dog: he absolutely loves me. Follows me everywhere, always excited to see me. Always wanting to play and always in the mood for anything. He is my adventure buddy and loyal as crap.

Dogs > cats.

I have investigated this, and can confirm that Worcej is correct. Dogs are larger than cats.

At least, I assume that is what the above statement means.
