The fact youre advocating for a mass-claim, and then state straight after you will lynch whoever does not claim, means youre just rolefishing and/or looking for an easy out to not have to solve Xorxes. You do not actually want to do this to "increase our chances of winning".

Lynching unclaimed people immediately ruins the entire strategy, since you immediately have a flip that can never be verified. Meaning you will never know how many scum youre dealing with in the pool of PRs and VTs.

Did not really think that through now did you?

You cannot force this strategy if people refuse to participate. Ive told you I will not. I will die and take my role to the grave before I claim.

Now, you can try and spin it in such a way that you wanna call my bluff, or think id only do this as scum, but you know very well youre never going to win that one.

##unvote Xorxes

You clearly havent broken enough setups yet for the novelty to wear off and for it to get boring. There is only opposition and stubborness ahead, and were probably going to end up mislynching some towny today that is flat-out refusing.

Anyways, lets see where this goes. Ill not be the one to be difficult for once (or anymore than I have already).

I claim PR.
Vecna's D1 change in position on the mass claim in 35 minutes is suspicious, as it all the criticism he has provided about it since, considering he was the third person to claim.

Wouldnt that be hilarious?

Because of this pair of posts by Brainbomb:

Are you telling us you never saw these posts, Bozo?

They were the whole reason there was a debate about whether the Scoutmaster should reveal themselves.

Did you miss all of that?

Is Brainbomb lying?

So, on the basis of the claims made by Vecna and Brainbomb, it appears that Vecna is claiming to be the Scoutmaster who sent Bozo to watch Brainbomb.

Brainbomb claims that as Bozo's chat buddy he also got the result, and the result was guilty.

Vecna claims that since it was Brainbomb he sent Bozo to watch, Brainbomb is outed as guilty.

Bozo, just to complicate matters, appears to be disputing that he got a guilty scan.

Yes, I agree. Bozo needs to comment.

@Bozo did you get a message?

If yes we lynch brain (ignoring the small chance of Prankster).

If no then lots to discuss.

Bozo?

I think Vecna and xorxes came out of D2 looking suspicious for arguing against the PRs claiming D2, they seemed to think a mislynch was worth the Scoutmaster potentially getting one more scan, which would have been a bad trade for town.
A mislynch for another scan would have been a good trade, since the mislynch would also have come with information.

We did not get a mislynch in any case, and we still kept the chance of another scan, so win-win. We only lost a bit of information because of the confession.

Notice how I'm not saying you came out of D2 looking suspicious for arguing for an obviously flawed plan, especially when you consider JF.

I missed TFB being solo. How do we know? Donny partner or self declared? And also obviously don't scan Bob.
Donny said he was his partner, it was believable, and there was really no reason for Donny to lie about that. It was also consistent with what Donny had said before his confession about their partner.

Bob could have another partner by now. The game started with one person without a partner, besides the scoutsmaster. After macca and TRC died, there were three people without partners (unless TRC was the one who started without a partner), and two of them would have been partnered together. So it is possible that Bob got a new partner. But I agree he is not a good choice, because it's still possible he is unpartnered. @Bob: do not disclose this information.

I think we can assume he was a PR and the scum NKed him because 2 scum claimed PR.
They could not know which PR he was, so that would have been a gamble.

I think it's just as likely that he was VT and they killed him so we would not know for sure that three scum claimed VT.

I don't think we need to speculate on this much more, but every PR should claim their role at EON2, before we have more unknown deaths, and then we will probably figure it out. Scoutmaster has to claim anyway and that's the most important role.
Why would it have been a gamble for mafia to have a PR role hidden? It is much better for them to have a PR role hidden from everyone than for all the PRs to be able to claim their role. One of the mafia can just claim last and claim the missing PR role, and the only reason to suspect him is that he claimed last. Also, if TRC was a VT, that means there were 3 scum in the VTs. If that was the case, do you really think it was just as likely scum would kill a VT?
Yes, it is clear that if TRC was a PR he was a very obvious NK choice. If he was VT, it's not so obvious, but still a very good choice because we can't know where the last scum is hiding. So we can't really conclude from the fact that TRC was killed that he was a PR. Once we have the full claims, we can make a better assessment, depending on who claims what.

Why is it suspicious? You don't think people are able to change their minds in 35 minutes? Do you think scum are more likely to change their minds than town?

His position always seemed pretty clear to me: he doesn't like massclaims because he doesn't like massclaims. I don't think the position is reasonable, and you agree with me on that, massclaims are just a part of the game like individual claims, fake claims, and any other individual or concerted action. Whether massclaims are a good idea on D1, D2, D3, or whenever, depends on the setup. People who don't like them usually only don't like them if they occur on D1, but are fine when they are used for example at lylo. If a mass claim makes the game too unbalanced against scum, that's a problem with the setup, not with the massclaim itself.

In this game, the last three scum still have plenty of room to hide, and the double kill is a big advantage to scum, so I'm not sure we are in such a great position despite the early success. It depends on how well hidden the last three are, and particularly the last one.
