LOTR TV Series
Amazon is putting a LOT of money into this... I really don't know how well this is going to go. Is it really necessary at all? I mean I'll definitely watch it but please please let it be good.
Re: LOTR TV Series
Amazon leaked that its gonna be the hobbit told over 11 seasons.
Each season 16 episodes. 1 hour long each
It will fully delve into Galadriels affair with Gollum.
And there will be full penetration scenes with Thorin and Gloin

Re: LOTR TV Series
Just what we all wanted. The book hinted at lots of really boring stuff going on in the background, but I never imagined we'd get the opportunity to see it! An Entmoot televised in full! The perspective of an Elven minute taker during the many councils of Elrond! Beorn and the art of beekeeping! The ring before it was found by Gollum, gradually twisting a trout to evil!
I can't wait!

Do you remember how bored Bilbo was on the long trip from the Shire to Rivendell? Now you can be too. It took the dwarves months on pony back. But now they can recreate the experience complete with meals.

This just in. I’m retiring from webdip for the next several years due to filming for a secret undisclosed project...

Hobbit "Autopsy" Videos on YouTube. Very well done documentaries about what went wrong with The Hobbit trilogy. About 1 hour 10 minutes total.

There's actually a part 3 of 2, which is a riff on the fact that the studio made them make The Hobbit into 3 movies instead of the originally planned 2:
