General Info

What exactly is this?

Essentially, it's a public press game with all press contained in this thread as a global chat, except that the spectating peanut gallery can send press, just like the players. No one knows who exactly is in the game - except for yourself if you are actually in the game, and anyone can conduct press on behalf on any country by just dropping in and posting.

Oh no, I just realised something - I can't make it ambiguous to whether I'm in the game or not since I can't leave the game, forgot it showed the name in the notifications lol

But wait! That isn't quite true, is it? Only a couple would have any idea, and it wouldn't necessarily be in their best interest to let others know whether my negotiations are factual or not ;)

Some people don't use game theory and probability to weight such decisions. Some people just say I was refreshing the page all the time and I still got in there second and the first person is obviously the game's organizer
But of course, this is just the sort of stupid thing some people would say. I don't think such people even play Diplomacy
