then

if Xorxes is town with me scum were presumably all on one wagon giving only 2 possible scum teams, namely

food Bozo Chaqa OR kgray Tom summit

If Xorxes is scum his team mates must be 2 from kgray Tom and summit.

Therefore logically I must ##vote Xorxes

Assuming I am correct then whichever way he flips we are only one mislynch away from victory.

Hopefully game is solved.

Assumption #3 is the only one I scratch my head on because emc has shown to be bad about voting in general and that is NAI. I would hope he puts more effort in as scum, but he has shown he puts little to a ton of effort as either alignment.

I think lynching summit or Xorxes is correct here

I dont see any reason why the judicator wouldve saved summit after his day1 performance. Roleblock on food is possible (more likely even with Xorxes scum id say), but most of my scumteams have summit on it regardless.

Summit fits in a scumteam with both Xorxes and Chaqa in my mind.

The only downside to lynching summit is that he has a higher likelyhood of simply being the toughguy. Which means that lynching Xorxes might actually be better.

Per a question I asked the GM, you get one chance to shoot. I know for a fact if my target was lynched that my shot would be wasted due to instant night - this is also why I did not target anyone that was a wagon.

1. One of us was roleblocked, which I find to be unlikely because it is a one-shot ability and N1 would be the least
2. EMC, Summit, food, or myself were commuted - more possible, but would be interesting as to why we were chosen by said player.
3. EMC or Summit is the tough guy.

The 1 minute thing is a bit spurious. With 8 mins to go it was 4-4 with Xorxes and I both on solo vote wagons so it was fairly obvious at that stage it would very likely go to 5-5 so why did nobody jump? Possible reasons:
a) not online
b) assumed Neph would switch
c) didn't want to out themselves as likely scum (especially if it were TvS)

You had not posted since 38 minutes before EOD, your online status was hidden, you said you came online with barely enough time to vote to force the tie, but it should have been obvious to everyone else that you would tie the vote?

Yes. If Xorxes voted for me I was bound to vote for him. I had not indicated I would be absent EOD. My online status has been hidden for many games now, totally NAI.

Your online status may be NAI, but that combined with your lack of posts and your waiting until the last minute to vote made it less than obvious that you were online to vote.

The only thing I don't get here is your townread of damo. Other than that, your logic seems ok if you're town (barring any Vig counterclaims).

If you are town and your reads are correct, that would leave Chaqa-Tom-Neph as the scumteam. I'll think about it.

Mainly because I was scumreading them both before their claims. Neither of them seemed very sure how their role worked. worcej did not even think it was worth mentioning who he shot at first, and food was not aware that he did not keep his shot if he was roleblocked. Maybe they just don't pay attention to these things.

You seem pretty certain summit has to be scum. I understand why you might think that he is scum if I was scum, but I don't get why you would think that he is scum if Chaqa was scum instead of me.
