Its that this set up would be much too townsided if Jamie Brain and Neph were all town protectives and Flash, EMC, Summit, Temasek, and Xorxes were all town investigatives.

I'll say it again. If we are in lylo (I think this is possible of there were 6 scum originally. This would help balance things) then Xorxes is scum. The good town players in this game need to at least think about this possibility.

Did Xorxes give his result in QT first? Can Chaqa and foodcoats confirm time stamps of his result vs mine?

Not quite what I wanted to say. Xorxes could still be town and telling the truth if we are in lylo, but if he is scum then lynching Squiggs is probably a gameover.

No, because if I'm lying Squigs has to be telling the truth, which means he can shoot me and so it cannot be game over.

We can prevent that by endhammering before the deadline. Neph and Bunny should vote for Squigs first, but I guess it doesn't really matter that much as long as I'm not the last one to ##end.

These night actions are very telling, and there are some very different interesting ways to interpret all of this.

Catching up. I'm up to here, and just saw that since the posts I've read everyone has moved off bozo to squigs (good call, what the fu*$ chaq?)

Some initial thoughts having read to this Vecna post:

1) Sounds like Jamie targeted Vecna.
2) If there is a mole in the sex cult AND Neph is Scum ===> Vecna is scum (this is a weird conclusion on reading people, but a reasonable one on reading mechanics)

Explanation for (2): The mole would have told scum about Jamie's power. Scum Neph cannot target summit without revealing he's scum. Scum Neph wants to protect his team, and doesn't care who else Jamie is scum reading. They KNOW that Jamie is dying, and are looking for a 2 for 1 NK.

2b) If Neph is scum ==> Vecna is scum. This is more subtle, but I think it's right. In the case where there is no mole, then Vecna is a likely target for summit to scan. Neph can claim "I was trying to stop a NK!" and instead it was really "I was trying to stop summit scanning my teammate!"


3) Why redirect summit to squigs? That's weird. Two cases: Case 1-- Squigs is town, in which case they redirected and just cleared squigs. Case 2--Squigs is scum, in which case somehow they knew he'd scan town? Either way, it looks like squigs is scummy...In fact, I'd be more likely to believe that Squigs is town if summit had scanned him as scum (then it looks like they redirect to Squigs and use the potential lawyer to frame him).

Question: does redirect usually target an actor or an acted upon? Meaning, does a redirect get put on summit? Or does the redirect get put on me?
