So let's revisit Nephs jails:
N1 - claims he targeted foodcoats but with LR no way to verify this so N/A
N2 - claims he targeted Xorx trying to protect him. While this is more towny than scummy, its also possible scum just thought Xorxes was a good PR (which it appears he was)
N3 - claims to have jailed Bunny with little reasoning, throwing out that he thought he would catch a NK from scum Bunny. This is kinda a weird target, not super scummy but the way he explained it was super super awkward.
N4 - claims to have jailed himself. As town i guess it self preserves but as scum it is a convenient way of not allowing town investigatives of scanning you. Both alignments possible, but scum has more upside here i think.
N5 - claims to have jailed Vecna because he thought Vecna was scum and would flex his ego by making the NK. As town this is just bad play. As scum, I'm not sure the exact reasoning here. If Vecna were scum, he could be covering up a potential scan on Vecna. If Vecna is town, then this is a way of wasting a jail, kinda like the Bunny jail.

Conclusion: It is possible to view Neph as either a suboptimal town jailor or an outside the box scum jailor. Needs more looking at, but I think I'm comfortable keeping my vote here for now

Food confirmed the N1 jail and its consistent with the results brain, Jamie had as well as what EMC and flash saw with xorxes N2.

jamiets role actually makes quite a lot of sense in the mechanical puzzle and the number of protectives.

Shame jamiet didnt leave behind a legacy to tell us what was discussed in the QT in regards to his ability usage.
