Why not just lynch Temasek?

If Squigs is Vengeful, mafia will kill him to make sure town doesn’t get a kill. So if he’s town we should trade in our town-directed kill while we can.

If he’s scum, we should lynch him.

I cannot think of any better outcome than having scum shoot him over our protectives or our investigatives

I’m not completely against either path, just I think Squigs is so likely to be fake claiming Vengeful, we hedge most effectively by lynching him now.

There’s only three people left who are likely scum IMO: Squigs, Tem, Bunny. We can sort out 1 or 2 of them with one lynch, potentially.

Probably not. I'm confused as hell, but this doesn't feel right to me. If squigs has claimed true the role is more valuable to town later on. Chaqa and Xorxes are falling in my (gut) townreads.

The crux of it is that we don’t trust Squigs’ claim. Lynching him can either catch scum or let him shoot likely scum.

Tem dies today if Squigs is town, or tomorrow if Squigs is scum. Either way he is dead. Lynching Squigs now is the best move because we get one scum, and maybe two.

Why is it more valuable later? If he is town, the role is most valuable when he has a good target to shoot.

Squigs is as scummy as Temasek, if not more. Not sure what you mean by dodgy slots. And my ability has certain limitations that I won't go into now, I can't just use it to sort anyone I want.
