OK, it's snowing here. And RL is calling. I don't think anything much is going to happen. But I'll say that Chaqa's suggestion we try and clear people mechanically via summit is likely to work better than he knows. But he's near the top of my list.

I think I already posted my targets, and my votes on whom not to target. I am voting on squigs.

I appreciate Chaq's idea of saving a vengeful shot for later when there are fewer targets, but I don't get the idea of a no-lynch. A lot of what Chaq has done is lean on his sex cult. Now Xorxes is saying there's nothing there (and I mostly trust xorxes). So why is Chaq behaving like this? I think he's hiding and manipulating.

Question for you Jamie. Of the sex cult members, who is your strongest scum read? How confident are you none of the members are scum?

I do think Vecna is scum. That post in particular is not why, but I've been thinking this since Vecna's catch up walls of EOD2 that ended in him voting for Bismarck over emc.

I think you know better than that I would make myself look so bad by tunneling on brainbomb the way I did if I was scum here

Further still it intrigues me that we have a town doc, a town jailer AND whatever jamie is.

This setup seems pretty townsided

Id say all of that actually made the setup pretty 3P sided.

I still have the feeling that scum couldve tried to strongman Rdrivera, but why on earth would they be shooting him at any point in the game.

Do you know what would have happened if rivera had targeted you? Would you be dead, or does your role explicitly say that you can't be killed when you were using your charges?

It explicitely says I cannot be killed and that whoever targets me dies before their action can have any effect whatsoever

As scum it's easier to create mad theories than come up with intricate misreads on townies that look super logical. Tinfoil tunnelling is easier because as long as you're convincing you don't have to look *right*, plus the reactions it prompts from your target, especially if your target is someone like Brainbomb, creates lots of lovely noise.

You were completely on board with my theories at the end of day2 jamiet and willing to lynch brainbomb with me.

Then day3 he came out and claimed doc save (totally unneeded) on the slot that turned out to suddenly have a cop guilty, but before that was revealed RHK just claimed cop and stated he wanted to cc brainbomb.

I really dont get how you can now claim it was a mad theory, just because it turned out wrong. All the pieces fit at the time. Its not like you were scumreading me over it while I was doing the tunneling, did you?

It was the same with Damo, sheeping my read on Donny, but then after it flips town I was suddenly setting him up, yada yada.

And no, that shit is not easier to fabricate as scum. In fact, id dare you to find any example anywhere of scum ever doing that where you dont instantly know theyre scum over it.

Ill tell you this though: since its semi-confirmed the scum had a redirector, and my role is confirmed as well, the fact you guys dont treat me as a townclear for mechanical reasons is baffling.

If I was scum with that redirecting role: Why not redirect people to target me while I was using that ability? An extra kill that couldnt be stopped by anything? Sounds pretty usefull.

If scum indeed have a way to mess with the cop results, why use the redirector in such a weak way just to point brainbomb in the other direction? (Hint: its because they believed I was bluffing and they wanted me to kill brainbomb). If I was scum with a redirector, itd have been a lot better to redirect summit to me instead and create a fake townclear.

I won’t be very active today. We’re having a birthday party for my dad and then I’m going to see my girlfriend for the first time in like a month. If everyone else is fine taking the risk of losing 3 town today, I’m fine with dropping a hammer around 5ish.

Its also interesting to note that it was brainbomb they redirected and not one of the other protective roles. My guess is that this is because they already knew the other roles were not going to interfere with them killing flash or emc.
