I agree with this 100%. However, even if she is scum, she is not the only one. Surely there are other people you think could be scum?

Yes, but I do not know who they are. When no one stands out as a scum suspect, I try to narrow down the scum possibilities by POE. First, I am assuming for now that the claims are real, if not they can be sorted later. Of the remaining players, the following seem most likely to be town to me: Foxcastle, kgray, Nephthys, rdrivera, TheMarche, summit_fever, and xorxes. That leaves BismarckAlive, damo, dargorygel, DemonRHK, flash, SarahK24, and Vecna as my top scum suspects.

Flavourwise, Chaqa being the mastermind still makes a lot of sense though.

Xorxes/Chaqa/brainbomb seems like a pretty solid guess for a scumteam here.

Foodcoats is obviously turned to Rdrivera's faction, because when Xorxes started pushing the guilty he suddenly went "YEAH GUYS, THIS CASE VECNA HAS ON BRAINBOMB, LETS FOCUS ON THAT YO"

It looks like the only way he can maybe -draw- is if he gets to a 1v1 situation with a towny.

If town gets eliminated and he remains left-over with even 1 scum member, he auto loses since he cannot eliminate them.

So...probably in his best interest to push for a draw and scumhunt.

Jamiet would be the only one in that PT of Chaqa's that isnt either scum or 3rd party.

Unless he got turned at some point were not aware of.

Scum and 3P could be freely communicating in there by now if thats the case

It seemed likely to me, but also seemed like possibly a NPC (non-player character). They weren't actually *on* the island or have a watch I think. So it wasn't clear to me if they had enough skin in the game to be on scum team.

If Rivera's role is based off this, it's probably not an inherited kill. So I think even if food has been turned we're safe for awhile.

I'm reasonably confident xorx and Neph are both town, and at worst 1 of them is scum.

Hmmm. Somehow, he needs to be the only person left standing. Perhaps a situation where mafia/town kill each other during the night and he's the only one left? I'm unsure.

And, we can't guarantee there isn't another inquisitor out there, really...

If the SK dies with rdr any recruits cannot win. That seems badly designed. I am assuming there just might still be an SK out there.

These are excellent posts. I have not found time to read up on Damo as promised, been busy tonight. It looks like it'll be interesting.

Can you remind me your case on Vecna? I assume your case on Squigs is based on Fox?

Squigs so far has said:
1- I don't like mechanics, which other people have debated is not true compared to Squigs other games.
2- Nothing else.

I think that the game thread is so long and the mechs so complicated that Squigs, who didn't know he'd sub into a scum slot, is worried about screwing up if he tries to play much, and is taking the "this is boring" line to avoid slipping up as scum.
