I thought "reliability rating" refers to how NICE someone is. How likely to look after your dog and remember to feed it, how likely to follow through on paying back that $25 for espresso last thursday, or how likely to vote consistently in upcoming elections...

We're on track to finish with around 150 signups. This won't mean 150 players, as some have volunteered to be subs and some have signed up twice, but I'll still be increasing the prizes again at the 150 signup mark.

How soon after signups close does the tourney start?

I'm going to tentatively say about a week and a half. I need to confirm RRs and sort out all of the incorrectly input GRs and then actually create ~140 games, and then people have to join them.

That's somewhat dependent on the sanity of the tournament director, but the intent is for them all to start at roughly the same time in any case.
