Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Or just general scum with Flash. They would need nothing if the jailkeeper is scum.
Anyways, doing it that way would really become difficult the coming night, especially if he allows chaqa to dictate his order
Seems unlikely
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
I already claimed that the flavour strongly implied only the motion detector visited me and died due to my ability
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
He is. And youre acting like EoN messages havent included flavour for forever to indicate what killed who
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
This just seems like a bit of a cheap potshot at an obvious small mistake emc :p
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Why would that matter? It seems to me you suggested earlier that this setup isn't balanced by the roles. So what does it matter to you how many X types and Y types there are? What could you learn from that, since you don't think the game is rationally structured?xorxes wrote: ↑Mon May 04, 2020 2:13 am@food, can you tell us if your role is described as roleblocking-type?foodcoats wrote: ↑Fri May 01, 2020 7:01 pmYeah, it happens before any other roleblocking abilities.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Fri May 01, 2020 6:08 pm
Does your role description say that your power is performed first, and therefore can't be roleblocked?

darg, why did you feel the need to coach summit here?dargorygel wrote: ↑Sun May 03, 2020 12:06 pmThanks for your forbearance, all. Rough weekend. I’ll be back in the morning and willing to vote Bozo or nephy. I’m coming around on the emc thing. His copy/paste are not the act of a scum with a daychat.
Summit, have you stopped reading?

Dead or replaced players
TheMarche died Day 3 - THEY WERE THE TOWN BUS DRIVER!
kgray died Day 3 - SHE WAS THE TOWN MOTION DETECTOR!
BismarckAlive died Night 2 - HE WAS CHUCK GREENE, THE TOWN JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES.
Donny Dude died EoD1 - THEY WERE [REDACTED] OF THE [REDACTED] FACTION!
I object that no exclamation was given to bismark

@Chaqa:
You know what, even if you are a blind squirrel when it comes to the information that the flavour might contain, I have 3 pieces of information to share with you.
I think that one of DemonRHK or Brainbomb is scum.

I have a working theory jamiet
I think scum had a role that showed all the PM's people got from the GM on N2 (or N1 but that doesnt explain everything).
Brainbomb was softing to be able to use that shit. But instead they decided to go with something else. He used the syntax to both get a response from the real town protective, and to try and fake being a real town PR.
That might mean that foodcoats is also scum if it was indeed used on N2

It -could- also explain why EMC went from no result to "you werent able to reach the person" if they figured out most of everyone else in the meanwhile
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Why am I scum? What have I said about N2 or today on D3 that implies I am using some kind of tool like that to make statements about PRs?Vecna wrote: ↑Mon May 04, 2020 12:04 pmI have a working theory jamiet

Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
So, RHK - you probably hold some knowledge to whether we need to destroy brainbomb here
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
If scum knew to use it N2 instead of N1 they knew it was about to be messed with by a lightning Rod.foodcoats wrote: ↑Mon May 04, 2020 12:07 pmWhy am I scum? RHK, what night did you get that message that your help was not needed? The one where brainbomb mightve faked the syntax?
This could be the key to breaking this thing wide open
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
This also seems like a complicated, convoluted way to get to scum, and is a big assumption that could lead you or others down blind rabbit holes to mislynches. I think it is ridiculous and even dangerous to look at things with this kind of totally random hypothesizing.Vecna wrote: ↑Mon May 04, 2020 12:04 pmI have a working theory jamiet

Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
I think there can't be two town roleblockers. If you are a roleblocker, any other roleblocker would have to be scum. And you would be town because town roleblocker has priority. Your wording suggests you are classified as a roleblocker. Is that correct?foodcoats wrote: ↑Mon May 04, 2020 11:28 amWhy would that matter?
