@kgray - if you were a vigilante with a shot right now, who would you shoot and why?

Well I wouldn't shoot right now if waiting was an option, but if I did have to shoot right now it would probably be Sarah. I can understand new people being overwhelmed but it really bugs me that she doesn't seem to care at all how town would play the game. And this isn't her first game anymore, so there are things she should have figured out by now that she seems to be missing. I don't know if it's intentional because she's scum, but even if she's not I agree with rivera that it's a mistake to keep her around if she won't even try.

Well I get that it's no longer my first game... but I mean yall didn't teach me much so it's kinda hard figuring random shit out on my own.....
Last time I was town... and who is to say I'm town again... who knows. But I am trying and I dont think I should be lynched I haven't done anything terribly wrong..... yet

a few people have stated that my comments about scumchat not being open is a scumslip.

normally scumchat isnt open unless there is an ecryptor. or unless its stated by the gm. although I did make an assumption here so thats for you to wrestle with

I am giving scum points to rdr and Chaqa for arguing that we should vote Sarah because she is bad-town. I have played scum and 3P more than I have played town on here, and "this person is scum OR bad-town so they're a positive EV lynch" is a great D1 argument that I enjoy employing from those perspectives.

As town, personally, I don't want to lynch any town, and it's bit early to be arguing as though we are out of options and therefore should policy Sarah based on the last game, isn't it?

I don't see the value of a massclaim. Xorxes, I did find your reason why, but I disagree. Seems to me that it wouldn't be that hard for scum to choose a fake. But they would gain lots of Intel.

I'm not sure if I like this post. The people most scared of a massclaim are scum.

Do you think worcej is especially good at anti-mass-claim stuff? The last few role madness games GMs thought they had it all worked out but all turned out to be pretty massclaim favorable.

It seems from your post that you in fact are actually quite keen on a mass claim?

I would support a mass claim, but I'm not going to spearhead it (which let's be honest it basically means it won't happen).

In short, I think it would probably benefit town, but it is not certain enough to be worth all the hassle.

In closed setups there is no point really. Scum in most cases can just truth-claim their role, or might have fakeclaims availlable.

Its always more pro-scum unless it breaks the game wide open and allows catching scum. Which it wont.

I am not claiming that having everyone guess the number of scum and 3rd party is doing anything useful now, or that it won't be WIFOMY later. But it could be useful information, and it's certainly better than no information.

Also, I think Rdrivera just hates all my ideas out of spite.

Why spite? Is there some history there that I'm missing?

I'm being glib. I don't think Rdrivera dislikes me (and I certainly don't dislike him!), but I feel like he shoots me down a lot in mafia games.

Missed this as well. I don't think worcej said anywhere about when the chat will be opened, so brainbomb may actually be scum. Is it common in these games to have the mafia chat opened later? I never played like that, but if it's not a common thing we can go and lynch brainbomb
