In light of the current discussion in the "Mafia Master Post" thread, do you intend for this game to take a stricter line on abuse / vulgarity / personal attacks? Is it your intention that players should PM you if they feel they are being unreasonably insulted during the game?

For the avoidance of doubt, this is a 100% serious query.

I feel anyone can PM me if things are getting out of hand and I will do my best to intervene. This is regardless of any standard we generate as a group.

I think we all need to remember this is just a game sometimes. While riling someone up does help your wincon in some cases, lets try to be a little bit civil and not go too far.

In light of the current discussion in the "Mafia Master Post" thread, I intend to take a stricter line on abuse/personal attacks. I obviously won't be making this kind of comment in the game thread, but if the game devolves into the kind of abuse that has prompted more than one post-game discussion on the need for a code of conduct, I will let the GM know that I'm withdrawing.

It is definitely my hope that I do not need to get involved and that we can, as a group, rise above the abuse and personal attacks.

Guys, in general, we are a small community. We all like playing Mafia and people come and go. We need to make this place a good place for people to play and have fun for it to be around longer.
