Hi Sarah,

I usually care very little about Brainbomb scumreading me, because Brainbomb has declared me to be his top scumread, at some point during the game, ​in every game we have ever been in together. I *respond* to Brainbomb scumreading me, and it sometimes *annoys* me, but I don't take it particularly seriously because he does it. Every. Bloody. Time.

You will learn to understand, and perhaps eventually tolerate, what Brainbomb is like, if you're here long enough. Oh, the joy.

I fail to understand why he says this to a scum partner however

I think that makes a lot of sense for Jamiet to say to a new player/scum partner. It's basically saying "Don't worry about us fighting, I can handle it." Basically telling Sarah not to get antsy about her loud scum partner getting into a big fight.

I'll remove Bozo and Damo. On D2, they both sat on Bo_Sox from the start and didn't move. I would think they would want to put more distance in between them. Less strong, but in the same vein, they both landed on Jamiet pretty close to eachother on D3, they voted within 35 minutes of eachother (with Xorxes voting Jamiet in between them).

Using your own words a little bit: If he turns out to be town this game, why do you think he has played a bad game?

He claimed scum as soon as he got pressure D1, and he refused to answer questions that I asked him D2.

Actually I guess there is a possible answer to that question, Sarah, sorry.

I think I have been scum in about 25% of my games, roughly.

Brainbomb and I have been in a lot of games together.

Therefore Brainbomb will have correctly scum-read me about 25% of the time, and incorrectly about 75% of the time, very roughly.

Please note, however, it is relatively rare for him to consistently town-read or scum-read someone for an entire game. He changes his mind a lot.

I really don't see the point of these comments, Damo. It looks like you're trying to fake a townslip by not explicitly acknowledging that you could very well be scum.

This is where I am at the moment:

brain: town (Interactions with Jamiet, very hard to read as SvS)
damo: town (exchanges with Jamiet + votes)

That leaves:

Fox
Sarah
worcej

bozo can't be scum with worcej or Fox, so the only possibility left there is bozo-Sarah.

I used to believe worcej-Sarah was impossible because of the way worcej treated Sarah, and I think it still holds. I need to refresh that though.

Sarah-Fox seems unlikely as well because of Sarah's opening vote. Not ruling it out, but low likelihood.

And that gets us to Fox-worcej.

Also, for me to believe you are town, I have to believe that the team is bozo-Sarah.

I don't think I will be able to sort Sarah this game. I have tried and tried but she is not cooperating. I can't even scumread her for that (only valid for this game, if she flips scum she won't get away with it ever again).

So in order to decide if it is bozo-Sarah I need to sort bozo, which I haven't done yet. I'm leaning town, but I'm not all the way there like with brain and damo.

If I'm correct, game is solved for me anyway, because we have a mislynch, and my only two remaining pairs seem to be Fox-worcej or bozo-Sarah.

I will ##VOTE worcej to start with.

I could change to Fox though.

I'm open to hear a case on bozo and/or Sarah as well, but I feel more confident in worcej-Fox for now.

There was not the least chance of doing anything D3. rivera had tracked Jamie. The only strange thing is how long it took you two to joint the wagon, because apparently neither of you had been reading the thread very closely.

Statistically speaking, on Day 1, unless you are scum yourself, Sarah, you must always assume there is a ​slight chance that any other player is scum. That's the point, isn't it? As town, the only alignment you know is your own. Scum, on the other hand, start the game knowing who the other scum are, and therefore, by a very simple process of elimination, they know that everyone not in their team is verifiably town.

That is why, when people like Brainbomb and BunnyGo declare, on Day 1, that various other people are 100% town, or 100% scum then either:

a) They are deliberately exaggerating, or
b) They are foolishly over-confident in their own abilities, or
c) They are scum

Whats funny is he totally denies the possibility of
d) They are town who have strong opinions about who is also town.

Wanna point out that if Jamie was teammates with hunny bunny he would lend credence to his reads. and the same applies to me

It was a fluke last game. I really don't believe things like that get planned.

I am pointing out that the above implies me or brain and obviously I exclude myself just like you exclude yourself and i'm pointing that out by putting you back in the frame. That is the point. And I think brain is town and I think you are scum.
