Yeah I can see why you'd think this. I felt overwhelmed for the majority of last game, and then by the time I started to feel comfortable in terms of knowing the other players and figuring out my reads (even if they were inaccurate), we were in mylo/lylo and I had to try to prevent myself from being mislynched. So I don't think I ever really got to the point where I felt like I could post whatever I wanted.

Depends on whether or not they get lynched before the game ends. If they don't, probably quite a bit easier.

That's what I'm wondering. 1 scum alone doesn't have anyone else they're interacting with. The extra knowledge is easier to hide. There's no flips that reveal anything. So why are bigger scum teams usually considered more fair? What about scum hunting is hard?

when you play with town xorxes long enough its fairly common that he is able to make a post like this under certain circumstances. hes forthcoming to a fualt about when he finds quirks.

Well, someone's got to break the ice, and it might as well be me. I mean, I'm used to being a hostess; it's part of my husband's work, and it's always difficult when a group of new friends meet together for the first time to get acquainted, so I'm perfectly prepared to start the ball rolling. I had a few thoughts about what would bunny and xorx do if they were scum again. would they rely on the players being naive, lurky ect. Im not seeing effort by anyone to really knock bunny down a notch other than xorxes.

and I feel like xorxes is too forceful to be in his scum behavior. Bunny can be mafia here and there is no meta or volume that I can point to that gives me comfort.

Emc is active, posting more. I dont fualt him for playing but last game he felt pretty easy to identify as town almost immediately for me. Im not seeing a whole lot of stuff that looks analytical of alignment. hes focused instead on stalling bunny from questioning by implying bunny is just extending an olive branch to newbs. which I support fully. and why the hell not?

bring new folks in. welcome them. ask a ton of open RQS.

emc also gets hung up on when joke phases end and what constitutes joke phase. which again I dont think being hung up on this solves anyones posts at all.

And then a major thought here is that RQS and RVS and joke phases are all methods of siphoning game related tells. Bozo chooses seminars. theres other ways to do it. Some people roleplay and act important to put on a show out of amusement, or to characterize their guilt in a funny way as a distraction.

Fox is too inconclusive for me to say he is town yet. I would expect he will do a good cop bad cop hefty interrogation on someone.

jamie with the pop in which was funny followed by disgust at 3rd parties being discissed was interesting. not telling enough. but once again the 3rd party talk centers around emc who if im remembering right was the one discussing it.
