Good grief, I spent three years of my life making a hundred pizzas a day. You know how many pineapple/ham/jalapeño pizzas I made? I had to take a goddamn shower after every single one of them.

When I pound my dough from scratch, I stretch it into a fairly thin, crunchy crust. I like to pile a fat layer of mozzarella on top of pepperoni, bacon, and some thin mushrooms, then I scatter some combination of cheddar, romano, provolone, and maybe some ricotta if I'm feeling crazy on top. I'll throw a generous portion of garlic powder over the top, garnish in basil, oregano, and rosemary, and throw it in the oven.

Luckily for you, I'm already over your ignorant pizzopinions. I won't be banning you today.
