How to appeal past forum infractions

How does one go about learning what their past forum infractions are, how long do they last before expiry, and how does one have them removed.

Also are all forum infractions categorized by type or are there just simply, you did a thing, if you do another thing _____ happens.

Oh, I don't know. I've heard that the mods started to make regular team visits to the Grin & Bear It nudist camp ever since site donations dropped off to such an extent that they could no longer afford the annual cruise.

My relation to the mod team is questionable, but absolutely feel free to shoot 'em over to me as proxy
