yes. this is the truth
I wasnt shrugging
am I on video? there was no shrug. I made it look like I was SETTLING for bumny to lure voters into thinking I was capitulating to bunny as lead vote ti set them up as fast blitz
Highly unlikely.
Ive done this before as well. You vote the person again in the last minute to make people think that is the wagon that is one bigger to nudge someone else to vote there to avoid the tie, to lynch the person you want to lynch.
He's never claimed that was not his intention.

Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
So you are scum AND a liar.
That's fine. I acknowledge both. Congratulations.

it is with 30s to go and a 3 way tieJamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 7:31 pmA wagon that is one bigger is not a "runaway wagon". Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
if people are still gonna cast a vote in those 30s, they WILL vote for the wagon that is one bigger. Because they know voting one of the other ones will put it back at a tie.
Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
So the main pillar of your case is that the only explanation for Brains Bunny revote is that he was attempting to garner town credit by appearing to break a tie?Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 1:40 pmI am going to repeat this. Brainbomb is scum. It is clear to me. The case against Brainbomb is pretty simple.
Firstly, during EoD1, when the vote was tied, he *pretended* to reluctantly move his vote to BunnyGo, apparently due to the need to prevent a tie. But this was a deception, because his vote was *already* on BunnyGo, so in fact Brainbomb was not moving his vote, his action did nothing to break the tie.
Look at this vote, on page 44, and note he said "ok, fine", before casting it. Thus indicating he wasn't super keen, just moving to protect a tie (though he was only pretending to move).
I purport that his intention was to both make himself look good, *and* to preserve a tie by making others think that Brainbomb had broken it, thus meaning they *didn't* have such pressure to move their own votes.
Secondly, when I called Brainbomb out for this deceptive, manipulative behaviour, he responded, on page 46. In his response, he claimed this was "a trick" to create the impression that "a runaway wagon" was forming on BunnyGo, and to cause others to join it - thus getting his target, BunnyGo, lynched.
This explanation is FALSE. It is a LIE. I can prove this. Go back to his vote on page 44. Look at it. I shall quote it here:
Is a shoulder-shrugging "ok fine" suggestive of someone who really wanted to give momentum to a wagon and push it hard? No. It conveys reluctance. It says, "uh, well, I'm not super confident of this, but I must break the tie". This is not the vote of someone pushing to light a fire under a wagon. No sir.
So we see that Brainbomb posted a fake vote, and then, when questioned, lied about why he posted that fake vote.
The third and final clue is his pretence of not knowing how endhammers work at night. This is a minor detail compared to the two items above, but still worthy of note.
That doesn't make sense to me. Why would Brain think he would get town credit for this when the rest of us would obviously later see it was a revote?
Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
(needless to say, I didnt fall for that trick. Because after all, its my own trick)

NotedBunnyGo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 2:57 am2 games ago, EMC was modkilled for not voting. AFAIC this was the final straw that meant town could no longer reasonably win. The next two games, I (and many others) have pressured him to vote.Nephthys wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 2:47 amI'm currently curious regarding BG's reason for wanting EMC to vote.
Most of us dislike EMC's voting patterns as it denies analysis of his voting patterns.
BG however comes in talking about modkills. To my knowledge, this has never really factored into the generalised dislike for his play style. As such I wonder to what degree his dislike is factual and to what degree its forced bandwagoning to fit in

Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
Brainbomb walks into a bar wearing a pink hat. He kills and eats literally everyone.
Officer JamieT arrives. "Brainbomb, you're under arrest!"
Brainbomb: "Okay, I did it, but don't I look stylish in this blue cap?"
JamieT: "That hat is pink."
Brainbomb: "OH MY GOD WHY DOES IT MATTER IF I LIED ABOUT THE HAT I AM THE GREATEST MURDERER EVER YOU ARE SO STUPID."
JamieT: "Um, we're still taking you to jail, you weirdo."

Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
how bout when I called emc 0% scum
or when I tried to lymch him only to duck out.
why does it have to be more complicated than it is. why does supposotion have to be added as evidence in an already compelling argument.
it makes no sense
theres plenty of evidence to indict that I was emc teammate and defended him until his wagon blew up and tried to push literally anyone else.
thats all you needed to push.

I hate to disappoint jamie. but I would put it at 100% certainty that you will never successfully lynch me this game. So start preparing yourself for a world where you are either wrong or learn to accept failure

Re: M53: Mafia 1 Redux
Jamiet, the key is not being a runaway wagon, but making people afraid to vote other wagons to avoid a tie and more prone to vote him to have a clear lead and avoid a tie.
It's a possible move, I would never do that unless I am really sure about my read or have a scan, but it's Brain.
